@ShawInfo I got the 300mbps and I can’t even pass 100. The GIG package would give maybe 300mbps.. QUIT THROTTLING MY DAMN INTERNET CONNECTION

@Shawhelp I’ve had this discussion with Shaw a million times. Our modem is placed fine, all your techs who have visited have said so. It’s literally in the middle of our main floor. No cement anywhere. We tried it upstairs awhile ago but that caused streaming problems in the main floor.

@Shawhelp Tech support isn't 24/7. Note: Jan 16, 2022, Shaw Mobile agents will be unavailable from 8:15pm PST till Jan 17 at 6:00am PST. Does 24/7 mean something different to you guys? Working from home and having to tether my pc to my phone. Thankfully not on a shaw phone.

It made it last week, but once again, the TV box couldn't handle @shawhelp's release of the American channel from simultaneous substitution. Imagine if I charged them $170/month for a car and it suddenly stopped going forward and required them to change the gears up and down.

@Shawhelp I've had to provide the DM with an account number virtually every time only to then be asked for it again by the support person after that. Fair enough re the different types of equipment.

. @ShawInfo I've been a Shaw customer for literal decades but I've never felt so unheard and disrespected by a your company as I was today. Why is there no provision for someone who's disabled or chronically ill? I shouldn't be forced to have someone shop for me like a child. 3/4
