Elizabeth Sande (@Lizzzola) reported from Airdrie, Alberta@Shawhelp I’ve had this discussion with Shaw a million times. Our modem is placed fine, all your techs who have visited have said so. It’s literally in the middle of our main floor. No cement anywhere. We tried it upstairs awhile ago but that caused streaming problems in the main floor.

Even when I look in our account it simply only says network outage since 7:35am and that it is being looked into. @bchydro does this very well and is transparent

You can see from my pic that the broadcast was still playing in the background. Normally the screen is black behind the pop up if out of region

Cant access the outage map since it's stuck on British Columbia for some reason and your apps won't log in. Not that they ever work anyway
