It’s literally in the middle of our main floor. No cement anywhere. We tried it upstairs awhile ago but that caused streaming problems in the main floor.

Makes me feel somewhat better to discover that it doesn’t seem to be my device or account – must be something wrong with either @Shawhelp or CNN activation system. 🤬
