It’s literally in the middle of our main floor. No cement anywhere. We tried it upstairs awhile ago but that caused streaming problems in the main floor.

Got the $0 plan as well and they sent me a $130 for an international dialed number which I never dialed. Pathetic customer service by Farooque 1236 and supervisor Brandon. @RogersHelps

Shaw Cable has horrible customer service and no respect for long time customers all they want is your money. I blame it on the merger with even more greedy Rogers customers are just a number now

Worse problems with the TV swapout, still unresolved. 1 hr trying everything, 1 hr waiting for tech support, 1 hour w it. New box needed

You can see from my pic that the broadcast was still playing in the background. Normally the screen is black behind the pop up if out of region

The auto log out feature every 10 minutes is brutal when you have to hold for support for at least hours. The only reason I stayed with Shaw is because you have had better support than Telus, historically.
