But your website takes me in circles and the person I tried to chat on line was no help.

For several days, getting a High Latency Problem that Support says "we are working on". 3 remote offices, connected by VPN, are not functioning because the HLP means constant disconnects. 1/2

Know nothing about which modem works with the tv etc. And yes, why are they all in Belize? One girl said she was in Edmonton then admitted she was really in the Caribbean. #fail
