Been over a month with corrupted PVR recordings, yet everyone at shaw acts like it's a new problem...looks like others have the issue and it's been happening for a few years.

Every support action online now takes over an hour and simple yes or no questions from them take 10 minutes to reply. You guys really need to concentrate on one chat at a time, it's so fustrating as a customer.

You can see from my pic that the broadcast was still playing in the background. Normally the screen is black behind the pop up if out of region

Absolutely the worst internet service ever, the customer service team are very impatient, and the prices are terrible. I am a Rogers user and do not recommend anyone to use @Rogers

Takes me back to login page. Is there somewhere I can be referred to for more help. My security cameras are super important
