@CDAinsworth @ShawInfo @TELUS Telus is way better than Shaw. It took 4 years for us to get Telus at our house. I will never go back if I don’t have to.

@Shawhelp How about someone takes charge of issues, follows through and solves the problems. Been over a month with corrupted PVR recordings, yet everyone at shaw acts like it's a new problem...looks like others have the issue and it's been happening for a few years.

So my suggestion is to take your entire marketing budget, and use it to lower Shaw's monthly fees as low as possible. Canadians are tired of being gouged. People will pay attention to that.

@Shawhelp Jut like I figured. It is now the afternoon and @Shawhelp @ShawInfo still hasn't sent me an update via DM. It's because they have no answers. #nobodys knows how to fix the problem yet I'm trapped in their #contract with #noservice. Don't get trapped like I am. look elsewhere!
