The only reason I’m staying with Shaw cause they have monopoly in my area. How come @TELUS is letting them play like that. Hope @TELUS invests in some infrastructure. Shaw is beyond horrible in terms of service and promise @Shawhelp

@Shawhelp my fiancee and I are moving from the basement suite to the ground level suite in the house that we live in. We are wondering if there is anything we'd need to do in order to have our cable service not interupted. (I CANNOT MISS THE HOCKEY THAT COMES BACK SOON!!)

@Shawhelp extremely horrible service. I booked installation on Friday and was told that all will be good. Plugged in modem did all basic ts but no internet. Now no appointments available weekend and Monday appointments are late evening so I’m screwed

I gave up. It went from downloading 3.5 G in 15 minutes to 3 hours. Also switched from the 5G network to an older one. Both are 4 feet from the computer. I can’t tell if it is a @Shawhelp problem or an @Apple one. I have too much work to do to piss around with this BS

@Shawhelp we moved 10 days ago and our WiFi still is not working properly. Might be because you had me hook it up rather than send someone. That's like paying for a landscaper and them telling you to **** your own flower beds. Not sure exactly what to do here. Already DMed you.

@Shawhelp I have been experiencing a lot of speed issues with my internet lately. Yesterday I got less than 1 Mbps download speed at one point & today 12.37. Makes video meetings a challenge. I am on the internet 300 plan. I’ve restarted my router several times. Any advice?

@Shawhelp, the signal for most channels in North Vancouver is pretty bad. Some satelitte channels (eg CNN, Knowledge) ok but locals & Seattle unwatchable. Picture & sound breaking up. Happens periodically but worse today. Shaw used to be rock solid. What's up?

@Shawhelp The big issue is the original box I got from #ShawCable when I renewed my contract in September was the wrong box and not supporting channels for the package I have. Then shaw sends refurbished box for the replacement of the original so technically I never had a new one..
