    @Shawhelp 1 hour on hold last night and 1 hour speaking with a tech and still cable not working. I have to wait tell Monday before a tech can come and they provide to movies on demand not good enough.

    @Shawhelp It's been ten days now with internet down. Your webpage says issue resolved but it's not. I've called 3 times and they hang up on me. Poor customer service. Extremely disappointed with shaw.

    @Shawhelp outage in sundance on February 16th and now tonight February 20th. The update we’ve received has been the same one for the past 6 hours. Figure it out and get this fixed. Customers deserve compensation for this disaster.

    @Shawhelp Almost 9am, no service updates or replies to DM on the Sundance issue. I understand that if it's a major issue it will take time - this is seriously impacting remote and WFH folks who now need to scramble with little information to go on.

    I am a patient person. Perhaps to late to complain. Something about my upbringing. But I am done with @Shawhelp. I have been living in this house 10 years. Terrible internet connectivity. My cable doesn’t work. haven’t been able to watch cable in months. And yet they still bill.

    @peterhof3 @Shawhelp Everyone impacted by this outage in Sundance should see a prorated bill without having to contact you via DM. I will be waiting eagerly for my next bill to see how Shaw deals with their Sundance clients.

    @Shawhelp It's not even that, your service department is so useless it's not worth paying them. They shouldn't have jobs. They sit there doing nothing keeping people on hold for almost an hour, and then look at the screen for 2 seconds to put them back on hold 'because they can't help'

    @Shawhelp I just want to be able to help my students and let my kids take their classes with their teachers. It's that simple. It's as simple as offering a service, paying good money for it, and then not receiving it. It should be an easy problem to solve.
