My sons on TELUS and the interruptions are just the same! last time this happened thieves tried to steal wire (for copper) and cut Shaw’s fibre optics while doing so. Really sucks but that’s not Shaw’s fault but they should’ve worked through the night in my opinion.

    @lanniechantelle @Shawhelp The asterisk in your email after the 300 mbps probably clarifies. It’s not even Shaw’s fault - they are getting 300 to your modem, but interference, slow wireless cards in devices, your router, etc can all slow things down. They can’t control that. 😟

    @ShawInfo return equipment to shaw is the worst experience ever. I've been sitting in sun ridge mall for over 30 minutes, with at least another 30 minutes to go, just so I can hand in a modem. Offer a better return of equipment possibility.
