    @Shawhelp How about someone takes charge of issues, follows through and solves the problems. Been over a month with corrupted PVR recordings, yet everyone at shaw acts like it's a new problem...looks like others have the issue and it's been happening for a few years.

    I remember when @Shawhelp was actually good. Every support action online now takes over an hour and simple yes or no questions from them take 10 minutes to reply. You guys really need to concentrate on one chat at a time, it's so fustrating as a customer.

    @Shawhelp you guys need to get your support, apps and chat features fixed. 2 hours on chat and it just closed... The app crashed. No answer or anyone that seems to be able to help or fix an issue I've had for 5 weeks. Fed up and grumpy....@TELUS wanna buy out my contract?

    @Shawhelp is there a known issue of recorded shows where the audio is silent every 15 minutes or so for 2 seconds, makes watching anything annoying....not wanting to spend hours on support to be told there's nothing wrong, as per my last 2 support experiences.....

    @Shawhelp I need help. My cable keeps cutting out - to the point I canโ€™t watch anything. The shows I recorded also have issues. Some of them have audio issues or are not accessible. Iโ€™ve tried to call a couple times - but the hold time is +1 hour and I just give up. Please help.
