I logged out and upon trying to log back in it just keeps saying an error occurred. I found out a lot of shaw users have been having similar issues for about 3 days i think.

Now TELUS has these services and Rogers with Shaw does not. @Rogers Customer service should not be a hardship on hold โฆ no clue whether we will wait hours๐

It died doing it's duty; providing me with high speed internet access both via internet and Wi-Fi. *sob* I am forever grateful for its service and will cherish the memories we made.

Rogers doesn't want you to get any help from a human being - they want you to do everything online yourself despite the fact most tech problems can't be helped online. And the music sucks!
