.@ShawInfo @Shawhelp shaw is easily one of the worst companies in Canada. I signed a contract for up to 25 Mbps upload internet and I'm lucky if I get 1 Mbps upload. I have spent at least 10 hours talking with tech support over the past couple months and nothing has improved.

@Shawhelp so first I can’t get a tech for almost a week, and now it’s a national outage less than a day later. Is there any way I can get a bill credit for this?

@Shawhelp my internet connection went down & when back on, I get a msg on my browser that I need to “follow the instructions provided to activate your modem and connect to your network”. But it’s not a new modem. Need to use cable as if new?

@shawcable Your customer service has gone downhill since pandemic. Are you using pandemic as an excuse to cut back customer service? Sometimes you have NO overnight tech help. Ad nauseum ads, yet I pay you over $100. a month already. No callback service. Sux #bcpoli @Shawhelp

@ShawInfo good afternoon. just wondering if you have any suggestions for me. We have been having issues with our internet cutting out more frequently and it’s starting to get frustrating. We do the whole unplug the coaxial and the modem and it usually starts to work again. Tips?

@Shawhelp Hi. I’m still having problems with internet dropping and with poor coverage inside the house. Complete service drops for several minutes in the afternoon are common. Including twice in the past hour.
