@Shawhelp That would be true, except for one small issue; this is on the tv grid. From the network. Not a mistake of my box, or anything

@Shawhelp @THarris1519 The only thing cable has to offer is live sports. I've been without cable here over 4 hrs. This is the worst outage I've ever seen and I'm 50 years old. No one will ever know the real reason why it went out either. The merge with rogers might be one

  • lumbycr Chris Lumby (@lumbycr) reported

@Shawhelp @BruceT425 I agree Bruce, this service is very expensive and customers deserve more than a canned response

  • TraceyHornby1 Tracey Hornby (@TraceyHornby1) reported

@gordmcintyre @ShawInfo Ditto. @shawinfo. We prepay major $$ but are never compensated when you don’t deliver your service….

  • danconnop Dan Connop (@danconnop) reported

@Shawhelp an extreme inconvenience. Who do I contact to get reimbursed for the disruption in service?

  • 82f61fa6981c476 Niki **** (@82f61fa6981c476) reported

@TheRealAngerson @Shawhelp Absolutely terrible and unacceptable for how much they charge.

  • ScienceOfSmut J Cat (unofficial Wordle support group account) (@ScienceOfSmut) reported

.@Shawhelp so did y’all get hacked tonight or something? Methinks you owe a lot of people a lot of money for disrupted service tonight (including me)

  • shauntomko Shaun Tomko (@shauntomko) reported

@RyanJHobson @Shawhelp @illustratedword I’m getting this too. It seems when live event programming ends, it triggers an outage. Super annoying and it’s happened the last 2 evenings.

  • Neil_Zee Neil Zeller (@Neil_Zee) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@saidkim @Shawhelp I know! Must be an issue with the switch back to local networks.
