@Shawhelp It says im not subscribed. Worked until idk maybe an hour ago. I logged out and upon trying to log back in it just keeps saying an error occurred. I found out a lot of shaw users have been having similar issues for about 3 days i think.

@Shawhelp Hello i have dealt with three technicians that have come to my house. Now I cant connect to the normal network but can connect to the 5G. Always something with Shaw. A customer shouldn’t have to call once a week about internet issues.

@Shawhelp Of all my years being forced to go with Shaw, I have never actually gotten a internet connection remotely close to what was advertised. If you live in an area where Shaw can gauge you, they will.

@David51199820 @Shawhelp Shaw is still behind - I just walked the dog and there are 4-5 shaw trucks in the area - i spoke to the crew there and they are working on an issue effecting potentially a 10 block area.... but online and support claims no reported outage

@Shawhelp What I really want to know is why does this happen at all? How come Shaw call centre people do not know how to put people on hold? Plus this is a business account issue. Can chat help me with a business account?

@Shawhelp Literally days with internet that hardly works. Connection is down more then not.
