@Shawhelp It says im not subscribed. Worked until idk maybe an hour ago. I logged out and upon trying to log back in it just keeps saying an error occurred. I found out a lot of shaw users have been having similar issues for about 3 days i think.

@Shawhelp No he didnt. Yes i was able to talk to the tech support same day and booked the tech appointment again. Called tje support again and the agent told me the tech cancelled it

Putting in like 15 requests to @ShawInfo’s DigShaw system because they inexplicably refuse to use the already existing and superior provincial OneCall system run by @Utility_Safety. Maybe the Rogers merger will finally shut down this silly redundancy?

Tech supposed to come to our house to move the modem. I waited 3 hours 8-10am, no call or text. I called shaw and said tech cancelled the service. Omfg! Poor service! @ShawInfo @Shawhelp @ShawDirect

@YYCCowboy @Shawhelp Sometime I wonder what is the use of support system when they don’t give validated solutions to problem on their network. After no response from the team for 4 months I was referred to @zems_ins and they immediately help me restore order to my account
