@Shawhelp It says im not subscribed. Worked until idk maybe an hour ago. I logged out and upon trying to log back in it just keeps saying an error occurred. I found out a lot of shaw users have been having similar issues for about 3 days i think.

Very disappointed @ShawInfo They use to care about their customers. Your “loyalty team” what a joke now. I have stayed with Shaw for 20 yrs because of your customer service being top notch. Now it shows you don’t care for long time customers so now I shall look elsewhere.

Hey @shawhelp 24ish hours later and channel 506 Stingray Retro is still out of synch. The video is 3-4 full seconds ahead of the audio. No other channels, not my problem, not going to unplug or reset or give you an account. I will DM you an area code to narrow it down.

I’m on @Shawhelp and my sister is on @TELUSsupport. So at either my home or hers, I would program the TV to deliver to my folks, and get whatever Shaw or Telus service in their room to enable their smart TV. So, Shaw or Telus, what do you have to help me? Following you both.

@Shawhelp You’re just trying to make a quick sale. I’m trying to assemble a solution with right hardware/software/service for a complicated situation, and am asking for advice. I know how to buy TV and/or internet service. Done it many times. Unlikely this next one will be Shaw now.
