Tyler โโโ (@Valomir) reported@Shawhelp hey pals, I my internet has ceased working a couple times tonight and I'm wondering if there is an outage near the community of Sunalta in Calgary. The modem light is solid white but neither my wifi or Ethernet produce internet. I have power cycled the modem.

HoopsfanAB (@ydfished) reported@Shawhelp I donโt know how many times this is over the years but you cannot let your simulcast/overide stuff come on when live sports are on. Missing the end of #zags on @KHQLocalNews cuz you guys are screw ups & @CRTCeng never punishes you for it. ๐ก๐ก๐ก๐ก๐ก๐ก๐ก

Trina M. Lee (@TrinaMLee) reported@Shawhelp is there any reason why the Wi-Fi is cutting out repeatedly in stony plain? Itโs been happening all weekend but got really bad this morning.

OC_2030 (@oc_2030_vision) reported@Shawhelp Thanks for this update โฆ customer service improves with customer feedback like mine. Next time just turn on TV and see if โThe Frameโ is on your own TV.

Release the files (@BlackBlazeE) reportedDue to issues with @ShawInfo 's internet service, today's raid on the DOJ stream will be canceled unless something drastically changes. We here at the Black Blaze Collective assume that either the @TheJusticeDept is once again trying to stop us, or that Rogers/Shaw also defends pedos. The most likely case is sheer incompetence given what we know about the structure within Rogers/Shaw, but our narrative sounds better. Indoctrination broadcasts will resume ASAP.
-
Heldy (@HeldyCarvalho) reported@Shawhelp @Rogers @RogersHelps I have been with Shaw 10+ years. They used to use automatic card updating services that update expiry dates automatically. Rogers does not use that. Does not notify users. Just charges them $70. At least tell users that service is removed.
-
Lindsay I.R Wiebe (@LindsayWiebeRD) reported@Shawhelp Iโve been trying for a while for a solution, but it looks like we will end up changing providers next month, as we have not found a solution and Iโm not the only one who has this issue with the X series modems.

OC_2030 (@oc_2030_vision) reported@Shawhelp Shaw used to have a wonderful feature on phone calls that gave us an estimate of our wait time and also allowed us to get a callback. WE REALLY miss this. Shaw (Calgary White Cowboy hats) seemed to be more 'customer focused' than Rogers (3 piece business suits) take care.
