    @Shawhelp It says im not subscribed. Worked until idk maybe an hour ago. I logged out and upon trying to log back in it just keeps saying an error occurred. I found out a lot of shaw users have been having similar issues for about 3 days i think.

    @Shawhelp I tried one, but we can’t reply to any of them, other users were able to post messages that they were also having problems. So, users can post a topic message, but nobody can reply.

    @Shawhelp how do you cancel future recordings from recording? Somehow my PVR keeps recording every upcoming Yankees games. I don’t want them recording and if you try to edit the upcoming one, CANCEL ALL UPCOMING recordings is t an option.

    Tried to login to my @Shawhelp Mobile account using SMS 2FA. Somehow ended up with 6 one-time codes, and none of them worked. Tried the email option, which I got 20 minutes later. Nicely done, Shaw. When 2FA doesn't work, people can't access their accounts. We know that, right?

    @ShawInfo your customer service is abhorrent! Spoke with Ramid in retention, and he was extremely rude. For the monthly $ customers pay, as well as being a customer for 11 years, this is beyond unacceptable. I think it is finally time to cut ties with your deplorable service.

    @Shawhelp I am using wireless. And it also has started to bother me. I am so mad right now its sunday and I am exhausted. I wish I didn't have to even be on my computer. Instead this stupid world is a goof to me. I wish I could die
