I logged out and upon trying to log back in it just keeps saying an error occurred. I found out a lot of shaw users have been having similar issues for about 3 days i think.

I've asked Shaw for help many times before but all they tell me to do is unplug and plug the modem. I don't have any issues upstairs but downstairs is really bad and it never was like that before.

Colin Childs (@Phoul) reported@Shawhelp It has been resolved (after an hour talking with your agent). I will say, disconnecting people in the middle of the work day without notice is really poor behavior. We are in a pandemic, and this makes me consider other providers.

JL (@jloutet79) reported@Shawhelp is there an issue with homepods right now? Any device trying to connect to pod gets a password error. Multiple attempts to troubleshoot pods has failed. And an error occurs when trying to remove pod from network to reconnect. Iโve been left with leaving unplugged
