@Shawhelp It says im not subscribed. Worked until idk maybe an hour ago. I logged out and upon trying to log back in it just keeps saying an error occurred. I found out a lot of shaw users have been having similar issues for about 3 days i think.

Last 4 days, getting half a day of cable or internet. #shawcable & internet really bad today. Internet not holding for 5 minutes. Booked another service call. Found out “referrals”the previous techs made are not work orders to fix the problem. @Shawhelp @shawinfo #shawtips #yyc

@Shawhelp why does your internet service suck so bad in Sherwood Park? Constant packet loss at home, constant packet loss at work. Good god, Telus Fibre can't come here fast enough.

Sigh.... this is why we cant have nice things @ShawInfo 6 months of asking for them to properly fix the internet. and every month the same issue leaves us having to make you all wait for content while they fix it

Tweet your MP and tell them you want the @rogers buyout of @ShawInfo stopped by the @CRTCeng!!! This outage shows they dont invest enough in their own infrastructure, instead focusing on acquisitions to improve their monopoly of lacklustre service.

So annoyed with @Bell, called to cancel service due to getting an offer from @ShawInfo that was half my current bill. So @bell decides to match that offer, where was this before? These companies need to take better care of their current customers, not when they're trying to leave
