  @Shawhelp worst customer service ever. Issue wifi router keeps shutting down chatting with tech since 8:30 am hands off to another tech have to start all over again next tech does the same. Still not working at 14:00. Called @TELUSsupport making the switch.

  @Shawhelp @langleyjwr The power outage in that area started at 9pm (from the fire) last night, and your service went down at 7am today, not exactly in alignment. Only 148 customers affected by power, seems like far more by this, and the updates do not tell us when we can expect service restored

Shaw is a joke. they are all pathetic examples of offer customers service and it will get worst once Roger's takes them over. We need more competition in this country forcing them to UP their game.   @Shawhelp is your mobile service down as well in some areas near Langley? I added data to my cell plan today because Internet was down, it worked for a bit, and then IT went down too. Why would mobile data ALSO be affected?

  @Shawhelp is strange, they don't care to keep customers. I call and say bell is offering better internet services for half of what I'm paying right now, and they say well best we can do is charge $20 more than you're already paying for the same service bell is offering....

  I was hesitant to switch from @TELUS to @ShawInfo Mobile because of network speed. I decided that for $25 a month it was worth a try but kept my TELUS account. Shaw speed tested at 20 MBPS, TELUS tested at 5. Telus is the biggest scam, it's one step below a pyramid scheme.
