    @Shawhelp worst customer service ever. Issue wifi router keeps shutting down chatting with tech since 8:30 am hands off to another tech have to start all over again next tech does the same. Still not working at 14:00. Called @TELUSsupport making the switch.

    @Shawhelp All Shaw services down in Grand Forks, BC with no eta given. Updates still say the same thing: techs can’t access the site. Is this fire-related? Is there any more info?

    @MrPriceBC I am using @ShawInfo mobile service at the moment & it has been great, but once @RogersMobileCa gets ahold of it. Expect an unpleasant outcome. They will either dismantle the service or the price will double. Ah the Joys of Canadian mobile service. #canada #cellular #Vancouver

    Happy Switch Day to us. We are once again switching back and forth from @Shawhelp to @TELUSsupport We all do this thinking this time the other won't be ****...but we all know...it's going to be **** and in 2-3 years we will switch back.

    @Shawhelp Yes!Do you think that is a normal way to use a service? Doing this 30 times a day to your internet modem or cable for the last 3 months, is not the an acceptable service. Technician came and he said is nothing that he can't do and never a Shaw problem and yet no service.

    @Shawhelp Internet down in Greenview, Calgary, AB for over an hour, modem just blinking an orange light. Tried restarting it, same thing.
