@Shawhelp worst customer service ever. Issue wifi router keeps shutting down chatting with tech since 8:30 am hands off to another tech have to start all over again next tech does the same. Still not working at 14:00. Called @TELUSsupport making the switch.

@Shawhelp How can I turn-off the "auto-tune" feature on my receiver? The switch to DST is always a big problem!
