R Chauhan (@Rohit_Chauhan1) reported@ShawInfo Been Shaw customer for over 5 years, never paid for the modem rental, now Shaw is charging for the rental modem as you renew your service plan. Also got these pod extenders, very unergonomic design, not only it blocks the power outlet its sharp corners get caught,disappointed!

R Chauhan (@Rohit_Chauhan1) reported@ShawInfo When contacted the customer service about the modem rental fee they said this is the way it is now, I asked can I buy the modem so no fee, they said no, I reminded them that I was never charged a fee for modem in all my years,they didn't care, now I have to shell $10 more for it.
