    Today's #rogersoutage is yet another reason the government needs to divest @FreedomMobile from any sale of @ShawInfo. While all @Rogers brands including #chatr #fido are down, freedom customers have service because it's a separate network still.

    @Shawhelp I was on a call to Shaw for an hour yesterday and the issue couldn’t be resolved. A technician came today and said that VOD was out but he would let us know when it was back up and running.

    I’m not sure who needs coaching to connect to wifi, but want to bet that one of these things influenced my perceived credibility in the eyes of @shawinfo technicians and customer service agents?

    @Shawhelp When do new offers typically get rolled out? I'm astonished that the same plan is significantly more 30 days apart, especially as I am a long-term customer.
