While all @Rogers brands including #chatr #fido are down, freedom customers have service because it's a separate network still.

This 'easy self-install' cost me a half-day & cost Rogers Shaw 3 hours of tech time, just so it could save a few bucks by not sending a techie. And we pay $$$$ for this.

bc_2027 (@bc_2030_vision) reported@Shawhelp Just ch 199 in Victoria . I just got thru on phone. Agent has worked with back office and confirmed the issue. Back office is escalating with channel provider. βTHe Frameβ Said it might take a day or two but should be fixed. Cheers.
