Shaw Issues Reports Near Mississauga, Ontario

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Mississauga and nearby locations:

  • MisterJustinT Justin T (@MisterJustinT) reported from Toronto, Ontario

    @CM02051985 @smFISHMAN @ShawInfo Enter your info, it might redirect you to the Network. I get a Rogers pop up to enter my info, that might just be how it works for Shaw.

  • mgamble Matthew Gamble (@mgamble) reported from Oakville, Ontario

    @bramabramson @Mark_Goldberg @Bell @Rogers @TELUS @Videotron @ShawInfo The problem today is mostly on inter-carrier calls, so if calls can be routed without using those trunks it would be a big win. I think I’m going to write a follow up post this week with a primer on PSTN routing.

  • AlsoKnownAs_AA Algis Akstinas (@AlsoKnownAs_AA) reported from Toronto, Ontario

    @Mark_Goldberg @ShawInfo Good for people in AB & B.C. that can and want to bundle. But not focused on the underserved or accessibility. Have to have a fixed service, qualify. And accept zoned plan limitations. If you followed the Wireless Industry Review closely @TD_Canada these were some of key points.

  • DelroyDyer89 Delroy Dyer 🇻🇨🇨🇦 (@DelroyDyer89) reported from Toronto, Ontario

    @ShawInfo needs to sell @FreedomMobile at a discount. They have neglected the network. It's unacceptable that in this day and age rain interrupts mobile data.

  • mgamble Matthew Gamble (@mgamble) reported from Oakville, Ontario

    @Mark_Goldberg @TELUS @ShawInfo No, I’m only talking about fiber in the ground. It needs to be treated like a utility, not like a competitive service. We don’t need to rip up streets twice and run multiple cables to each home. And if the government is funding it, it 💯 percent needs to be open access.

  • DelroyDyer89 Delroy Dyer 🇻🇨🇨🇦 (@DelroyDyer89) reported from Toronto, Ontario

    Today's #rogersoutage is yet another reason the government needs to divest @FreedomMobile from any sale of @ShawInfo. While all @Rogers brands including #chatr #fido are down, freedom customers have service because it's a separate network still.

  • shruti_shekar Shruti Shekar (@shruti_shekar) reported from Brampton, Ontario

    Some comments came out of the @ShawInfo Q2 2019 conference call with respect to the @CRTCeng review on the mobile wireless network #cdnpoli #telcom read here 👇🏽

Shaw Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • jackandhishat Matt N (@jackandhishat) reported

    Amazingly disappointed with @ShawInfo who, apparently, seem to think it's fine to screw with @TekSavvyNetwork and their customers by demanding a laundry list of diagnostic tests to check a fault, despite the fact the fault was previously checked and never resolved.

  • TheRealDBLg1 TheRealDBLg (@TheRealDBLg1) reported from Sproat Lake, British Columbia

    @Shawhelp your new way of registering new devices on shaw open is bad. I cant even manually add devices based on their MAC Address... horrible update

  • accordingtomio M. (@accordingtomio) reported

    @Shawhelp I just got a message that there's a service outage in my area!

  • nekaishi Nekaishi || VTuber (@nekaishi) reported

    @GamerTravelling @ShawInfo @Shawhelp That conversation was months ago, literally last September. I still have the issue and its getting bad and entirely unmanageable again.

  • nekaishi Nekaishi || VTuber (@nekaishi) reported

    @GamerTravelling @ShawInfo @Shawhelp Oh I know, hence why I made this video ahaha this has been an issue for literal months and it seemed like it was MORE OR LESS okay, like it would dip but only stay there for like 30 minutes to an hour and become normal again and I just dealt with it

  • marcydev Marcia Carlyn (@marcydev) reported

    @Shawhelp Is there an outage in the Lower Mainland

  • dadtuber Best DadTuber 🗞️ (ENVtuber) - Scuffed ASMR Arc (@dadtuber) reported

    @nekaishi @ShawInfo @Shawhelp Can you go to anyone else? Sometimes threatening to leave gets them to finally fix their act.

  • AndorianIP AndorianIP(AiP)🐍 (@AndorianIP) reported

    @GlobalTV @GlobalTV_PR @Shawhelp wow what's up with the reception tonight? First the Global/CBS is interrupted for like 10 minutes of FBI by some stupid informercial and then on the actual Global channel it's no sound? lame.

  • AbbyKuzSi4 LotusBlossom (@AbbyKuzSi4) reported

    @TELUS @ShawInfo @Rogers They downgraded in some cases because nonflex optics shatters, optics flex needed secondary system to preventline flow of light issues or magnetics wave tampering or optiofluiducs cymatic tampering. Mixed systems aremore secure and can stay fast.

  • Harleydadd Harley don't play that! (@Harleydadd) reported

    @Shawhelp down again in @citysprucegrove
