I think I’m going to write a follow up post this week with a primer on PSTN routing.

It needs to be treated like a utility, not like a competitive service. We don’t need to rip up streets twice and run multiple cables to each home. And if the government is funding it, it 💯 percent needs to be open access.

They are optimizing cost over service. What is the maximum tolerance for a customer, etc. it’s obviously worse for oligopoly

Jenn (@jskapin) reported@Shawhelp What can I do to speak with an actual representative? I was emailed to call or login to update my billing info. The app doesn’t work, logging into my account doesn’t work (I get the “oops! Something went wrong!” page), and I get disconnected when I call in to speak with
