@bramabramson @Mark_Goldberg @Bell @Rogers @TELUS @Videotron @ShawInfo The problem today is mostly on inter-carrier calls, so if calls can be routed without using those trunks it would be a big win. I think I’m going to write a follow up post this week with a primer on PSTN routing.

Dear @ShawInfo: I just spent 5 minutes on your website trying to find upload speeds for your plans. I can't find any. URL, please. Or is your Internet so bad you've stopped even giving "up to X speed on uploads" false promises and it's now "you get what you get?"

@TransLinkNews @ShawInfo @FreedomMobile This is great. But what about that non-underground dead zone between Joyce and Commercial-Broadway? Especially bad at 29th Ave station. Very unsafe for us Freedom users.

@Shawhelp @Melkorka12 @Melkorka12 I've never used Shaw, I was told one is as bad as the other. It's time they have some real competition...

@LandryLes @Shawhelp I had a terrible experience. I called several times to renegotiate when I was a struggling single mom & was treated like crap. I had to take the equipment back & stand in line for 3/4 hour w/ kids only to be asked why I didn't call & renegotiate. If the kids weren't there... 🤯🤬

For the record: - @CityofVancouver says it's a private property tree and they won't touch it - @bchydro says it's not on their line so not their problem - @Shawhelp noted the tree is on the line, but it's not actually touching. Not their problem
