    @ShawInfo $35 activation for two accounts = $70. Many carriers waive the fee if you self activate. Seems steep if you're an existing Shaw customer.

    @Shawhelp why are you always experiencing problems w/VOD. Every other day I get Error 64417. I am tired of paying for a feature that only works 50% of the time 😢

    Hey @Shawhelp I've received a sales call from one of your agents every couple of months all year, despite telling each of them that I hate your company and service and will never do business with you again. What gives?

    @Shawhelp Yeah, I actually have my 2.4 and 5G separated out because band steering causes some issues with my devices. It's not a range issue (I have an extender), the modem is white, it just disappears entirely. Even sitting on it it's not detectable. Cycling the router brings it back.

    @ShawInfo Consumers left to figure out equipment installation or forced to purchase hardware to augment weak service is terrible.Poor installs and poor support. Answer=pay more!

    @Shawhelp WHY is it taking a month to fix an issue affecting this areas internet. I can barely use mine. Losing work, losing money, might lose my job. Get this sorted already! I have no words for this kind of service

    @Shawhelp very strange problem right now. I'm watching Highway Thru Hell and the background music is on so I know my volume is working, but I'm not getting any of the conversation nor the narrator. The commercials are working perfectly 🙄
