    @Shawhelp having an issue with one of our gateway cable boxes. Will not work, unplug and reset and it will work for 1-2 mins then say connection issue

    @ShawInfo @Shawhelp unfortunately your third party service @aislelabs isn’t able to assist me (the client) i spent 2 hours with Shaw support on a their software and didn’t get what I paid for. I signed a long term contract and I unfortunately will take legal action. Thanks

    @Shawhelp These are not massive issues that you’re going to get bombarded with, but they are annoying. Your premium channels do not have the same problems which means, some channels are clearly less important.
