    @Shawhelp having another night of constant drop outs of service after twenty technician visits. Most recent one was this morning, complete with bucket lifter to replace cat5 cable to the house from the street. Still no Netflix for me. I’m at my wits end.

    @Shawhelp look back to my dec 2020 post as well. This isn’t something that I’m just complaining about, I’m truly fed up and feel I should be refunded for months / almost a year of inadequate internet service @CRTCeng any thoughts? #consumerprotection #consumermatter

    @Shawhelp any ETA on when the outage in Medicine Hat will be resolved? It’s been over 7 hours and while I understand there is weather conditions slowing things down, as a college student I need to know if I will be able to write my midterm tomorrow
