@callunacarbon @Shawhelp Mine has been up and down allll day. And it goes down just long enough to be annoying, before coming back up. Even after a full modem/router reset.

Me: Hey I work from home and I’m having connection issues and drops in my bandwidth. Asking for a fix for 1 yr. @ShawInfo tech: OK let me reset your modem settings so you’ll have no internet for awhile. ... Did I not just say I’M WORKING?! Honestly unbelievable. #yyc

@Shawhelp Hi there, prime video app on my Chromecast with Google tv does not work until I turn off protected browsing (Blue Curve ). Is this a known issue and is their a workaround?

@Shawhelp is it ok to drive across a downed Shaw cable line? Seeing as nobody will come and fix the line across my sisters driveway until Tuesday. Line laying across several driveways and no help from Shawcable.

@Shawhelp I spent hours on the phone already and had a technician visit. Shaw told me The only way to fix the problem is getting the pods. I’m not gonna pay more money or waste any more time on the phone to be told the same thing.
