    @Shawhelp 😐 Ok so now we're back to sweep it under the carpet and I get screwed having played full premium price for sub par service and you accept no responsibility for it at all. Empty words on empty words. @DanPriceSeattle

    @Shawhelp Did another power cycle & removed/put back coax cables. Seems to be working better for now. But if it keeps happening multiple times a week like it has been that’s gonna be an issue

    Would have been a 15 minute drive to pick it up. I will lose 20 hours of work. My daughter has been frantically seeking out friends’ wifi so she can attend her online university classes. After being a client for 20 years, this is pathetic customer service from @ShawInfo. 4/6

    @Shawhelp What’s the deal with the pixelation? I’ve tried power cycling my cable box and it hasn’t helped. This seems to be happening pretty often on various channels at all sorts of times. Help?

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS possibly the worst service and support ever. Wifi down all morning, have had technicians come multiple times in the past to fix and still no fix. Stuck on hold for hours w/ support and missed multiple important work meetings. Cant wait to switch to @ShawInfo
