    @Shawhelp We just reset the modem. It's working again for now hut we've no idea when it'll go down again. 4 times we've had to reset in the last 3 days. Twice today. It's clearly a modem problem. Shaw needs to replace the modem ASAP. Like, by tomorrow. Friday is not acceptable.

    @Shawhelp Woweeeeeeee Shaw sure is terrible. I have to wait 5 minutes for a song to load. That's assuming the internet doesn't die completely for an indeterminate amount of time.

    @fiacc @Shawhelp well the thing is technically it's not an outage as it's still working... it's just we are getting unusable download speeds of 1.7mbps rather than the ~100-600mbps we are paying for.

    @Shawhelp We are moving to Ont., cancelled service, were told we owned equipment, then got a robocall saying we didn't and had to return tech...we have scrapped it ! Have been going around in circles on the phone WTF!? #Shawsajoke #Shawsux

    @ShawInfo ... why no internet connection? You have no phone support. Your chat bot and people can’t do anything because of a “maintenance issue”. Seriously WTF?! Is this how you respect customers? If we are disposable after thoughts, what do you think that makes you?
