Sending out bills in advance of service being rendered then sending text payment alerts should be shut down. Very scammy. @CRTCeng @ShawInfo @AboutRogers

Niki (@TheOtherNiki) reported@Shawhelp Your callback service is broken (has been all week). Asks if you want a callback, says wait time is (ie. 60 minutes). When you approve the callback and hang up, it calls you back immediately, says you're now #1 in the queue, but still makes you wait on hold for an hour.

Sunday said it was in Tuesday, Tuesday said Thursday. Today son got fed up went in for black one. No 12 Mini’s. Now Monday? #service
