bc_2027 (@bc_2030_vision) reported@Shawhelp Just ch 199 in Victoria . I just got thru on phone. Agent has worked with back office and confirmed the issue. Back office is escalating with channel provider. “THe Frame” Said it might take a day or two but should be fixed. Cheers.

When I called and got through to someone, the lady was lovely. Transferred me to customer service and it was closed.

bc_2027 (@bc_2025_vision) reported@Shawhelp We really need wait times & callback from Rogers with Shaw support. We had this for > 10 years before it was stopped. Now TELUS has these services and Rogers with Shaw does not. @Rogers Customer service should not be a hardship on hold … no clue whether we will wait hours😟
