    @ShawInfo OMFG WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Trying desperately to set up preauth on my mother-in-law’s account. My husband/her son died two weeks ago today and she is elderly and disabled but they are 100% unwilling to help. I have BEGGED for a supervisor call back 8 times

    Getting the worst service ever right now from @Shawhelp, nobody wants to be helpful and all the associates wanna be combative instead 🤡🤡🤡 this is how yall treat people who give you money every month?????
