WTF @Shawhelp someone from there calls me with a decent deal for Internet/cable. I’m on the train so I ask them to call my wife instead. They never call. I try and contact you guys when I’m back from vacation and no one has a goddamn clue 🤬

@Shawhelp Signed up with Shaw and was not given the package requested. Then can’t log into my Shaw for a week now to activate Disney plus and one cable box doesn’t work. Customer service has been no help and even said I would stay (after I requested a cancelation) if they would correct.

@Shawhelp Not going to water my time with support so they can make my internet go completely out again. This is not just a me issue. This seems like a bigger issue that no one is looking into. Last time my internet did this, Shaw had messed an update up and screwed everyone's services.

@Shawhelp The support team just wastes your time for 2 hours then books a service tech that's a week out. Funny how everyone all around gets the exact same service call timelines. Now the my Shaw app will not work and the chat feature seems to be having problems as well.
