Hey @Shawhelp @ShawInfo the stuff I agreed on the phone to renew my contract and the stuff on the contract are totally different. Now, I can't get anyone to answer o return my calls. On hold with Loyalty Maybe I should just go to @TELUSsupport if you can't fix this.

WTF @Shawhelp someone from there calls me with a decent deal for Internet/cable. I’m on the train so I ask them to call my wife instead. They never call. I try and contact you guys when I’m back from vacation and no one has a goddamn clue 🤬
