    So frustrated with @Shawhelp today. Cable and Internet both went down for over an hour. Internet back at 50% speed and cable is still out. Earliest appointment for a tech to check it out is January 16th(!!). Service outages apparently get slotted into “standard” service calls 👎🏻

    @Shawhelp @ParaPromotion Same issue for me and my wife. It started 2 weeks ago and now we are seeing dozens of spam messages daily. Nothing has changed on our end which leads me to believe this is a Shaw issue. Please resolve because this is concerning and raises questions regarding Shaw’s security.

    @ShawInfo customer service is awful. The remote I have is skipping 5 minutes instead of 30 sec for the skip feature and nobody can help me fix it? I don’t have gateway and nobody can tell me how to fix this. How do you not support your own products? No wonder people leave cable

    @Shawhelp Just a suggestion. In a lot of Manitoba, you offer the fiber + package but upgrading is useless unless you offer greater upload speeds than the stone aged 25 mbit/sec. This is absolutely unacceptable that I can get 750+ mbit/sec down but a measly 25 up. Starlink is already faster

    @ShawInfo On the rise - Emails from Shaw inviting me to pay more for faster internet service. On the decline - Current internet download speed. Conclusion: SHAW IS THROTTLING BACK INTERNET SPEEDS. #Shaw

    @Shawhelp Is there a current problem with video On Demand as it’s no longer showing on the guide or menu?
