    So frustrated with @Shawhelp today. Cable and Internet both went down for over an hour. Internet back at 50% speed and cable is still out. Earliest appointment for a tech to check it out is January 16th(!!). Service outages apparently get slotted into “standard” service calls 👎🏻

    @Leah_Holiove @robertmcalaster @Shawhelp I would say you might need a tech so many scenarios. Make sure all connections are tight . If it’s just YouTube it might be an issue with it .

    @okayestdentist @Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp Agree - I finally spoke with a women with Shaw in Toronto and she resolved my issue. She was sympathetic as her Dad had the same problem so she under stood my frustration and went the extra mile.

    @Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp I ditched Shaw 5 years ago…with Telus..no issues and I’ve been with Telus mobility for 20 years and always amazing service…Shaw sucks

    @Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp Ditched Shaw, crappy customer service. Telus isn't that bad unless they have a major outage and then you can't get through to customer service.

    @Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp Shaw offers complimentary service calls. Most other telecoms do not. Get a service technician to your house and have them fix the issue. Possibly swap the main router out if necessary. Don't give up quite yet. If they continue to fail you and let you down, then I would move on

    @Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp with Telus I have had good results by putting at @TELUSsupport when getting hardly any support on phone

    @Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp Never had a problem with Telus...been using them for years. Had Shaw when I first moved into my current suite, but it was so bad I switched to Telus & landlords did right after. I would never go back.

    @robertmcalaster @Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp Problem on top of that is shortage of equipment so some faulty equipment gets recycled over and over
