    So frustrated with @Shawhelp today. Cable and Internet both went down for over an hour. Internet back at 50% speed and cable is still out. Earliest appointment for a tech to check it out is January 16th(!!). Service outages apparently get slotted into “standard” service calls 👎🏻

    @Shawhelp What's going on in Edmonton? I've got Fibre+ and I'm not going above 200. Also a lot of sites are slow. It feels like I'm on dial-up. No changes to my network or software between now and when it worked properly. I even disabled a bunch of stuff hoping it would improve.

    @Shawhelp are there issues in central city/Whalley area of Surrey? Every channel is suddenly unavailable at the moment. And I mean suddenly.

    @Shawhelp -tried to use on line help. Getting pixelization only ony TSN / SNP / Golf channel. All other channels fine. Disconnected canle/power 2-3 times. This has been going on for over two weeks! How can I get a tech out or how do I fix this problem?

    @Shawhelp people would be stupid to add cable packages. you can stream almost anything now with just an internet connection.
