So frustrated with @Shawhelp today. Cable and Internet both went down for over an hour. Internet back at 50% speed and cable is still out. Earliest appointment for a tech to check it out is January 16th(!!). Service outages apparently get slotted into “standard” service calls 👎🏻

Dear @ShawInfo. This is it. We are breaking up. Your lack of customer service, your old equipment, your phone operators in Belize/Pakistan, now an agent who has told me to monitor an outage of tv and internet for “I don’t know, a few days” is disgusting. #yeg

@MisterTomox @therealjshields @Shawhelp Nope - installing the new device and it's not being recognized or setup by the service as it should. I may have to put back together my old network... Sigh.
