    So frustrated with @Shawhelp today. Cable and Internet both went down for over an hour. Internet back at 50% speed and cable is still out. Earliest appointment for a tech to check it out is January 16th(!!). Service outages apparently get slotted into “standard” service calls 👎🏻

    @Shawhelp Hi. Me again. Lol. So same thing as yesterday. Internet is out. Power cycled and reset modem. Default network on bottom shows up and password works but says no internet connection. Next steps? Thanks.

    @ShelleyACook @ShawInfo Give them a call/message. They can tell if your service is bad even from outside the house. We had a tech out a few months ago that determined our buried cable was failing and it improved considerably when they ran a temp cable.

    Will there be updates coming from @Shawhelp soon? Service has been out for the better part of 3 days in the Maple Ridge B.C. area with little in the way of updates.

    @Shawhelp Did you start to send email of bill notification ? It’s ask to sign in which is very suspicious.

    @ShawInfo @ShawInfo customer service tells me it was my failt.."all phones used be turned off (not even to be used for WiFi) when travelling" . Huh?

    @Shawhelp I’ve been on this same path for a year you ****. It is not going to resolve a goddamn thing, it never does. Im joking that it’s TW same runaround every time. All my neighbors have the same issues and Shaw knows about them and does **** all.

    @knoxious11 @Shawhelp @TELUS that was my biggest issue. They said they would implement an email forwarding but if I don't have shaw for email then how the hell can I keep my email?
