Once again my stream was completely destroyed by Shaw's absolutely dreadful internet service. @Shawhelp, how many times do I have to call you out for lying about not throttling your clients' bandwidth before you either knock it off or stop saying you don't do that?

  • KMal_T8N Kevin Malinowski AB expat in ON, involved in both (@KMal_T8N) reported

@shawhelp is their an outage in St. Albert, Alberta. All the channels say to be announced.

@Shawhelp How is your cell service east of #hopeBC ??

  • Shaved_Beav Brainy Beaver (@Shaved_Beav) reported

@Shawhelp My friend has greater upload speeds than I do going through space with his uploads. Noone needs 750 mbit/sec down but 25mbit /sec up basically makes 4k upload to the internet impossible.

  • AshleighRobyn Ashleigh Clark (@AshleighRobyn) reported

@ShawInfo customer service is awful. The remote I have is skipping 5 minutes instead of 30 sec for the skip feature and nobody can help me fix it? I don’t have gateway and nobody can tell me how to fix this. How do you not support your own products? No wonder people leave cable

  • DanAlmondDan Daniel D Kitteringham (@DanAlmondDan) reported

@Shawhelp Random blackouts the last couple of days. This has been happening off and on for a year. I hate to say it but I may go to Telus. I've been with Shaw for 15 years but for the last year it's service has been hit and miss.

@chinookblast @yycwhatson @ShawInfo Alberta still has gathering restrictions & a State of Public Health Emergency. I quote “All indoor social gatherings are prohibited. Outdoor social gatherings can have up to 10 people. This will be enforced with $1,000 fines” How did you get permission for this public event?

  • Shaved_Beav Brainy Beaver (@Shaved_Beav) reported

@Shawhelp Just a suggestion. In a lot of Manitoba, you offer the fiber + package but upgrading is useless unless you offer greater upload speeds than the stone aged 25 mbit/sec. This is absolutely unacceptable that I can get 750+ mbit/sec down but a measly 25 up. Starlink is already faster
