    @simon_ook @bchydro I don’t get why a power outage in a relatively small area (149 people affected) means that I don’t have Internet kilometers away from there. Does @Shawhelp not have backup measures for this sort of thing? No other way to restore service?

    @Shawhelp -No Internet/phone/TV service in Walnut Grove-Langley since noon yesterday. This is insane. What is going on? This is becoming a regular occurance for Shaw services in this community.

    @garlee @Shawhelp I’m having internet issues and cable too. It has to do with the fire that happened in Willoughby and unfortunately it will take several hours and maybe won’t be able to get internet or cable till tomorrow the latest.

    @Shawhelp @thyzoburt So you’re telling people it’s still a ‘hydro related problem’; does that mean your techs aren’t able to work on it yet? Hydro says weeks or months to return power to fire destroyed site. If it’s still a hydro related problem your time frame makes no sense.

    I'm so tired of fighting with @Shawhelp about internet problems. Seems to me I'm getting throttled down to nothing every evening sometimes for a few moments.. Other times like last night and tonight, for hours. All to be told there's nothing wrong. =/

Shaw is a joke. they are all pathetic examples of offer customers service and it will get worst once Roger's takes them over. We need more competition in this country forcing them to UP their game. CRTC wake up!
