    Shaw is down again! Shaw went down at April 6, 2022 at 10:35PM in Langley. Im extremely unhappy with this service and home that it will be online soon, I pay to much for the WiFi to be down again! Please fix this problem as soon as possible. shawhelp

    Dear @Shawhelp, If you suggest I upgrade my wifi to 1 gig download speeds, what kind of speeds should I expect? Because the fancy new modem you sent me is delivering the same speeds as the last modem. I went from 500 mb to 200 sometime last fall and it's never been the same.
