Was caught in an online chat with them 2.5 hours to get an answer to a question that could have taken 5 minutes over the phone. Then I had no way to lodge a formal complaint about my experience.

The 2nd technician said he was going to send me a label for Canada Post/UPS, both of which are far more accessible but he never did
