Huh. When you call @Shawhelp and circumvent the decision trees and flowcharts the person uses, by simply saying your modem is getting a WAN IP/DHCP not working from the source.... They kinda get flustered.. lol

After waiting over an hour for @Shawhelp to call me back (they quoted 35 minutes - as 225th in the queue), I am going to bed and will turn off the ringer. I have ducks to kill on the am and can order my new @TELUS service tomorrow. Shaw TV can’t solve the buffering.

WTF @Shawhelp someone from there calls me with a decent deal for Internet/cable. I’m on the train so I ask them to call my wife instead. They never call. I try and contact you guys when I’m back from vacation and no one has a goddamn clue 🤬

Total cable and internet outage. @Shawhelp will send someone Tuesday...... 5 days from now..... Security camera, remote access, security alerts ALL run thru wifi. Not to mention having to use our phone data for my wife who is working from home. #unacceptable #shawnohelp
