Was caught in an online chat with them 2.5 hours to get an answer to a question that could have taken 5 minutes over the phone. Then I had no way to lodge a formal complaint about my experience.

This seems to be how Shaw Help works now because this is what has happened the past three times I tried to get help. Good luck if you need help.

He is not thinking right. Shaw wants $1,400. I called to negotiate something reasonable. You have no heart.
