Was caught in an online chat with them 2.5 hours to get an answer to a question that could have taken 5 minutes over the phone. Then I had no way to lodge a formal complaint about my experience.

They confirmed there was an active connection here before we moved in, so I cancelled my other service. Now I'm wishing I stayed with Telus. I can't run my business for a week now. Or I can burn ALL my mobile data in a day. No other options.

Not sure if there’s work being done on the backend or a server issue but it’s making it impossible to pay online.
