I work from home & Sunday happens to be the one day I relax and catch up on sports. This is beyond outrageous. Fix it or give us an exact ETA. Pathetic service.

My ping as been in the 1700ms range at times.

They confirmed there was an active connection here before we moved in, so I cancelled my other service. Now I'm wishing I stayed with Telus. I can't run my business for a week now. Or I can burn ALL my mobile data in a day. No other options.

It's terrible because I am already using an E-sim so I changed all my 2 factor authentication to email...and well now my email is up in the air. Also it's only incoming that's blocked.

On top of that Canadians couldn't watch the Hlinka Gretzky Cup Gold Medal Hockey Game on Saturday without buying a special package, regular cable didn't carry it! How pathetic is that! When I called and got through to someone, the lady was lovely. Transferred me to customer service and it was closed.

You can see from my pic that the broadcast was still playing in the background. Normally the screen is black behind the pop up if out of region
