I called and spoke to three different people about my ongoing issue with the service. I was offered a 14 day credit for a 36 day problem. I asked to speak to a supervisor. He told me to shut up.

They confirmed there was an active connection here before we moved in, so I cancelled my other service. Now I'm wishing I stayed with Telus. I can't run my business for a week now.
