WTF @Shawhelp someone from there calls me with a decent deal for Internet/cable. I’m on the train so I ask them to call my wife instead. They never call. I try and contact you guys when I’m back from vacation and no one has a goddamn clue 🤬

Huh. When you call @Shawhelp and circumvent the decision trees and flowcharts the person uses, by simply saying your modem is getting a WAN IP/DHCP not working from the source.... They kinda get flustered.. lol
