@Shawhelp I can’t access my TV guide on my gateway portal, and I can’t record any TV programs because of it. Please advise as to when this problem will be resolved as it is very inconvenient

@Shawhelp We cannot have the modem fail during work. I cannot be waiting 30 mins on hold for support then unplugging and plugging in modems. I need an it internet connection at ALL times.

@TELUS I’ve had the worst customer service from your company in the last 8 weeks trying to set up my home internet and I’m not alone. 6 failed installation appointments and 4 hours on the phone, mostly on hold. I’m now sticking with @ShawInfo

I travel around the world for professional reasons and it pains me to say that the Lower Mainland of BC has one of the worst internet networks I’ve used (it’s a little better than Nigeria). Blind spots, slooooow connection, interruptions, expensive. @Shawhelp #competitionneeded
