@ShawInfo I need a Tech department supervisor to contact me please. I have called four times (over an hour each time) and have been promised resolution (x4) but nothing has been done.

@Shawhelp I spent an hour online with waiting and trying to get help. I was given a number to call, after over an hour on the phone and 3 different departments which knew nothing of the previous conversation on my day off getting nowhere. I called Telus who did it in 14 minutes.

Hey @Shawhelp - my two year contract is up and I get that you want me to renew it. A good way to do it would be to offer me something better and cheaper than the competition. This is your third call offering me slower service at higher prices than what @TELUSsupport has. Really?
