    @Shawhelp Are there any issues detected in Saskatoon at the moment? Or maybe a routing problem? Trying to stream to Facebook Live, uploading at 4Mbps. Tried both hardwired and wireless connections. It cannot even sustain 2Mbps upload and drops frames like crazy.

    @Shawhelp Currently rocking 6 mbps DL on a 300 account. Tech came today and said it's an area maintenance problem. Just wondering on a timeline for when I can do anything on the internet again. I can't even log onto a MC server. It's our Christmas vacation and I have kids. Help!

    Hey @Shawhelp had a call from 833 749-3128 claiming to be Shaw and offering to upgrade our services free of charge. Broken English and asking to confirm info you would have on file. If it was from you YIKES! If not you, heads up.

    @Shawhelp Hey Shaw, we have a client in Nanaimo on a Shaw business account, and suddenly their max MTU has changed, Shaw support is lying and saying nothing has changed, I need escalation and to confirm with your operations team before we change setting on client site. Thanks!

    @ShawInfo how many weeks does it take your “technicians” to fix my internet and tv… two weeks now and you still say “we’re working on it” while everyone else I know has theirs working… like what’re they doing out there comparing who’s got a smaller ****?
