@Mark_Goldberg @ShawInfo Good for people in AB & B.C. that can and want to bundle. But not focused on the underserved or accessibility. Have to have a fixed service, qualify. And accept zoned plan limitations. If you followed the Wireless Industry Review closely @TD_Canada these were some of key points.

@ShawInfo needs to sell @FreedomMobile at a discount. They have neglected the network. It's unacceptable that in this day and age rain interrupts mobile data.

@Shawhelp It says im not subscribed. Worked until idk maybe an hour ago. I logged out and upon trying to log back in it just keeps saying an error occurred. I found out a lot of shaw users have been having similar issues for about 3 days i think.

Today's #rogersoutage is yet another reason the government needs to divest @FreedomMobile from any sale of @ShawInfo. While all @Rogers brands including #chatr #fido are down, freedom customers have service because it's a separate network still.

@wildrose76 @Shawhelp It's ridiculous that they cut service because they "wanted" to upgrade the cable boxes. Not a good way to run a business. The local news is really the only feature that's any good.

@Shawhelp Dude....this is ridiculous. Shaw called ME BACK and I've been waiting 40 minutes now. This is the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. Disgusting. Why don't you pass that on to your management instead of sending generic tweets to me. @ShawInfo

@Shawhelp I just got off the phone with your tech support (a very lovely person, btw)...and was told no ETA on the fix. Pods are still not working. Advised to unplug and try again in a few days. So, problem not fixed.
