    @Shawhelp It says im not subscribed. Worked until idk maybe an hour ago. I logged out and upon trying to log back in it just keeps saying an error occurred. I found out a lot of shaw users have been having similar issues for about 3 days i think.

    @Shawhelp It took a few minutes to get back. I checked the HDMI connection, the WiFi signal which was fine & turned the TV off & on again

    @Shawhelp We really need wait times & callback from Rogers with Shaw support. We had this for > 10 years before it was stopped. Now TELUS has these services and Rogers with Shaw does not. @Rogers Customer service should not be a hardship on hold โ€ฆ no clue whether we will wait hours๐Ÿ˜Ÿ

    @Shawhelp Yes, the new TV box (#2) is running, however, without a cable, the signal sometimes cuts out - the Internet might be down or slow for a nanosecond. Our WiFi shows as being strong.

    Due to issues with @ShawInfo 's internet service, today's raid on the DOJ stream will be canceled unless something drastically changes. We here at the Black Blaze Collective assume that either the @TheJusticeDept is once again trying to stop us, or that Rogers/Shaw also defends pedos. The most likely case is sheer incompetence given what we know about the structure within Rogers/Shaw, but our narrative sounds better. Indoctrination broadcasts will resume ASAP.

    @Shawhelp Iโ€™m not out of region which is why I reached out. Iโ€™ve never had this issue previously. This was also viewed on satellite not digital. You can see from my pic that the broadcast was still playing in the background. Normally the screen is black behind the pop up if out of region

    @Shawhelp So yeah, you'll have to forgive me if I'm not particularly inclined to spend my Christmas Eve on the phone with tech support, with high chances of it being the same unhelpful support guy as last time. (3/2)

    @Autumblues @Shawhelp eventually I can get thru but it does take a while I waited on hold for 15 minutes but then I gave up. decided to watch stuff I own since I can't even stream. the outage started just before noon today

    @Shawhelp I donโ€™t know how many times this is over the years but you cannot let your simulcast/overide stuff come on when live sports are on. Missing the end of #zags on @KHQLocalNews cuz you guys are screw ups & @CRTCeng never punishes you for it. ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก
