I logged out and upon trying to log back in it just keeps saying an error occurred. I found out a lot of shaw users have been having similar issues for about 3 days i think.

bc_2027 (@bc_2030_vision) reported@Shawhelp Just ch 199 in Victoria . I just got thru on phone. Agent has worked with back office and confirmed the issue. Back office is escalating with channel provider. โTHe Frameโ Said it might take a day or two but should be fixed. Cheers.

OC_2030 (@oc_2030_vision) reported@Shawhelp Shaw used to have a wonderful feature on phone calls that gave us an estimate of our wait time and also allowed us to get a callback. WE REALLY miss this. Shaw (Calgary White Cowboy hats) seemed to be more 'customer focused' than Rogers (3 piece business suits) take care.
