I logged out and upon trying to log back in it just keeps saying an error occurred. I found out a lot of shaw users have been having similar issues for about 3 days i think.

Ugabug (@MaryPChipman) reported@Shawhelp I have to return the old modem & the new TV box that didn't work. The 1st technician sent me a FedEx label but there's no FedEx in my neighbourhood. The 2nd technician said he was going to send me a label for Canada Post/UPS, both of which are far more accessible but he never did

Some of them have audio issues or are not accessible. Iโve tried to call a couple times - but the hold time is +1 hour and I just give up. Please help.
