I logged out and upon trying to log back in it just keeps saying an error occurred. I found out a lot of shaw users have been having similar issues for about 3 days i think.

She is in a care facility now and they are in their rooms due to covid protocol so tv was supposed to be hooked up today for her. They just called to cancel and delay to Tuesday. Is there anyway around this?

Yes I called customer service and turning on and off the router/restarting gateway can help. But surely I shouldn't have to do this every week?
