@allenmobile @Shawhelp @TELUS Cams use the upload stream more than the download stream—that’s where my issue is. When I check my cameras remotely, I get a lot of buffers because my plan’s up speed is not enough. TELUS’s 75 plan also has the same up speed. We use Netflix 4K so I went with Shaw instead.

@ShawInfo so far have spent close to an hour 2 days in a row waiting for someone to answer a phone. Trying to disconnect service because of a move. I guess the strategy is “ if we don’t answer the phone they can’t cancel”. #frustrated #poorservice my time is more valuable

@Shawhelp our Bluesky service is more like black sky at the moment. This is the second time in a month that it just stopped working for no apparent reason. We have made no changes. Last time disconnected cables etc. It eventually came back on. Tried reboot tonight. Nothing.

My @ShawInfo internet connection has been awful lately. Super slow & inconsistent. I’ve phoned tech support twice & am getting tired of it. First guy blamed Twitter & my devices. Second guy agreed that was BS but his “fix” only lasted a couple of days.

@Shawhelp been in chat for 51 mins so far. Finally we've established the modem, (installed by a tech), is too far away from the source. Online customer service isnt being helpful. Trying to sell me a modem, or bring a tech in, but not answer whether the tech fee is waived.

@Shawhelp I am in Thunder Bay. Just noticed that about 30 Channels have disappeared from my service. I phoned earlier today and had to pay to restore the Golf Channel. Now I see that lots of channels - like CNN, are gone. Never missed a payment, never late - customer for 35 years.
