Gersart (@gersart) reported from Calgary, AlbertaI gave up. It went from downloading 3.5 G in 15 minutes to 3 hours. Also switched from the 5G network to an older one. Both are 4 feet from the computer. I canโt tell if it is a @Shawhelp problem or an @Apple one. I have too much work to do to piss around with this BS

Internet upload rate drops well below 1mbps randomly about every 5 days (which stops me from doing a virtual classroom for teaching live online). Answer always reset all, and never works. ๐คฌ

Shaw Cable has horrible customer service and no respect for long time customers all they want is your money. I blame it on the merger with even more greedy Rogers customers are just a number now

Now TELUS has these services and Rogers with Shaw does not. @Rogers Customer service should not be a hardship on hold โฆ no clue whether we will wait hours๐
