@ShawInfo need your help as online and retail stores can’t help. Have mentally challenged relative who needs a simple to operate with big button remote. His DeltaURC 3068 is no longer working. Have you replaced it with something have asked and everyone says No. thanks

@MLBNetwork Is there anyway to get just your network in Calgary, Alberta? @Shawhelp doesn’t offer & I’ve been asking for years. Only solution seems to be @DAZN_CA but there’s nothing else on there I’d want to watch making the $20/mth a bit much to fork over.

We “upgraded” from the Shaw Gateway to Blue Curve... too bad the app was anything but an upgrade. I used to be able to set my PVR from the app on my phone. Miss that... @ShawInfo @Shawhelp

@SAndersonshpk @Shawhelp Been on shaw service chat 3 times in last month. CNN & AMC don't work... I pay for them. Internet upload rate drops well below 1mbps randomly about every 5 days (which stops me from doing a virtual classroom for teaching live online). Answer always reset all, and never works. 🤬

@ShawInfo 3 weeks to fix internet being slower than dial up on your internet 300 package, switched to fibre 500, modem died in 5 days. A week for a new modem. Great customer service. I miss when you employed techs that could address issues promptly. profits over people, right?

@Shawhelp So you’re saying I should order my centre ice package directly from the NHL instead of paying Shaw for the sub standard feed. My friends who bought directly have had no problems with the feed. That tells me it’s Shaw that is the problem.

@Shawhelp, the signal for most channels in North Vancouver is pretty bad. Some satelitte channels (eg CNN, Knowledge) ok but locals & Seattle unwatchable. Picture & sound breaking up. Happens periodically but worse today. Shaw used to be rock solid. What's up?

@Shawhelp The big issue is the original box I got from #ShawCable when I renewed my contract in September was the wrong box and not supporting channels for the package I have. Then shaw sends refurbished box for the replacement of the original so technically I never had a new one..
