    @Shawhelp (Vancouver, BC) My tv hasn’t been working since last night - regular tv, shaw on demand, even my PVR recordings are all just a black screen. oddly enough, the channel Guide works though. Is there a service glitch? Or is it more likely an issue on my end? Thanks!😌

    @Shawhelp I need some escalation assistance with a mobile account problem that 3 phone calls and a visit to a store haven't seemed to help. I want to give Shaw more money but it seems Shaw doesn't want to take it. Who can I contact?

    @Shawhelp the difference between sportsnet pacific and sportsnet 4k is insanely drastic. I wish more @canucks games were on sportsnet 4k. @Sportsnet and I understand the resolution difference. We need to bump the bandwidth on bluecurve.

    @Shawhelp I called regarding an internet issue. It was determined that there is noise on the line, and a technician would need to be sent out. I was told I would receive a call when your ability to schedule a technician was restored. It’s been over 24 hrs and no call. Ya’ll ok?
