So it seems @ShawInfo is still unable to figure out what's broken on the network in the Shuswap. Our cable boxes are stuck on MSNBC & the 2nd impeachment. Since I can't change channels, going on 3 days now, I invented a drinking game, each hour's secret word you drink a shot!

Great work @Shawhelp - your technicians have now missed TWO of their scheduled appointments to install internet at our house. And now we have ZERO internet. Please sort it out and get a technician here ASAP. If this is how your new customer setup process goes, not sure I'll stay!

@Shawhelp my BlueCurve remote seems to be going through new batteries like crazy. Not sure what is going on with my remote as it doesn't get used all that much compared to my other tv's around the house. Help

Disappointed in @Shawhelp for charging a cancellation fee after being with them for nearly 14 years and moving to a town that Shaw doesn’t service. if you don’t want to people to leave how about you service an entire province #neveragain #avoidshawinternet #shaw
