Not going to lie - a 13 hour major internet outage with @Shawhelp (and counting) and the last update from 1pm saying “a few more hours” is starting to be a bad look. Like… could you not provide an update every or two? Or a cause? Or a realistic time of return? #yyc

@Shawhelp really crappy that you didn't bother to tell @TekSavvyCSR as soon as you knew Fort Mac was out. After time wasted on the phone troubleshooting you finally let them know why internet is down so they could tell customers. Still down with no ETA. Over 12 hours.
