    @ShawInfo omg every two days we have internet issues and have to reboot modems. This is unacceptable. We moved from a farm and had more reliable service then we do now! @TELUSsupport offer us a deal and we will switch.

    @Shawhelp Ever since you guys “upgraded” my parent’s services, they’ve been calling me every single day with something not working. This is madness. If I sent Shaw the billable hours I’ve put in you’d go bankrupt.

    Totally unhappy with @ShawInfo Pretty sad when you have to keep rebooting your phone and walk from room to room for a cell signal. @Shawhelp has not been any help at all 😡

    @Shawhelp If you live in victoria I highly suggest never getting shaw mobile way too many dead spots fido was alot better

    The new @Shawhelp modem and cable boxes are absolute TRASH!!! I’ve had them since December and NOTHING but problems. Constant delays, not working, “error” codes
