It’s unacceptable and awful. My husband said to the tech service two days ago… talk to you in two days.

Paula Bennett (@paulawhite45) reported from Didsbury, Alberta@ShawInfo omg every two days we have internet issues and have to reboot modems. This is unacceptable. We moved from a farm and had more reliable service then we do now! @TELUSsupport offer us a deal and we will switch.

Paula Bennett (@paulawhite45) reported from Didsbury, Alberta@Shawhelp We’ve screen shots of every conversation with them. It’s every 24- 48 hours. We will be speaking to @TELUS to bring us service since it’s obvious Shaw can’t nor do they care.
