Paula Bennett (@paulawhite45) reported from Didsbury, Alberta@Shawhelp Sadly we do this and are told same things disconnect all for 30 seconds the plug back in etc. No one is too concerned with the frequency of the service crashing. It’s unacceptable and awful. My husband said to the tech service two days ago… talk to you in two days.

Takes me back to login page. Is there somewhere I can be referred to for more help. My security cameras are super important

But they keep billing you and hitting you with late charges and threatening cancellation… …when you have already cancelled and sent back modem & tv box, proven by courier waybill.

My problem was the lady on support said nothing about bew hardware or when it might come, just the email with the QR Fed Ex label
