    Now of course it’s this shady as **** SSI @shawhelp rep that’s asking for this money, that was never agreed on before. So yeah...we’re starting to think this is a bribe. What are you going to do about this @shawhelp? Pretty sure this is illegal. Anyone else ever had this issue?

    @Shawhelp For over a week now I have had problems with the TV pixelating and the sound cracking. Have had a online chat and a telephone call. The telephone call got cut off but nobody called back. Any suggestions.

    Do you know how damn frustrating this has been @Shawhelp ? And that every time we try to speak to a superior, she won’t let us. That she’s been dicking us around since September 10th. Changing the price on a whim. Promising to get things done, never doing so. Now a $5K bribe...

    We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

    @Shawhelp Charlie, that’s unfortunate. It’s been the entirety of the day, there must be some other update available. Many folx are working from home or in my case doing online classes and rely heavily on the internet service shaw provides.

    @Shawhelp @devonbcls How about an update more current then 6 hours ago? This is ridiculous. Not only are we without service but we all end up using and being charged for the data we’re going through on our phones. Never any consideration given to this when there is an outage. 😡

    @Shawhelp well day 2 of no services . Still no real updates other than working hard. Ironically today I received my invoice for payment. How about a truthful response on what is happening and when can I see service resume?

    @Shawhelp @TELUSsupport Telus it looks like Shaw doesn’t want to help us. What can I do to switch my services. I got hung up on twice and treated so badly. Please help so i don’t need to continue with them
