    @Shawhelp For over a week now I have had problems with the TV pixelating and the sound cracking. Have had a online chat and a telephone call. The telephone call got cut off but nobody called back. Any suggestions.

    Hey @Shawhelp, I was just informed that Shaw is switching accounts over to Gmail like Telus just did. I found it out from my printer support as our scan to email stopped working. Is this true? As a Shaw customer, I haven't received any communication re this.

    @Shawhelp .we just did an upgrade on some of our things, but seem to have lost a few channels we should have, right now specifically Fox Rochester HD (channel 208 for me here in a Alberta). Can you help?

    . @TekSavvyCSR, teksavvy Internet in Calgary is down via Shaw cable. Appears to be both widespread across multiple quadrants, and to be issue with @Shawhelp's routing.

    @Shawhelp ever since I signed another 2 year contract with shaw back in July. I have been experiencing freezing and pixilation on live tv. Finally on Aug 5th. The problem corrected itself over night. Flawless tv for 10 days and now it’s acting up again. On the cusp of canceling.

    @Shawhelp Just wrapped the call. I will be getting a call back in 24 to 48 hours once the "backend error" has been corrected. They also are sending over a service tech on Sunday as the "radio signal is week" even though Speedtst shows 600+mps via Wifi but the Wifi Pods will not connect.
