    Now of course it’s this shady as **** SSI @shawhelp rep that’s asking for this money, that was never agreed on before. So yeah...we’re starting to think this is a bribe. What are you going to do about this @shawhelp? Pretty sure this is illegal. Anyone else ever had this issue?

    Do you know how damn frustrating this has been @Shawhelp ? And that every time we try to speak to a superior, she won’t let us. That she’s been dicking us around since September 10th. Changing the price on a whim. Promising to get things done, never doing so. Now a $5K bribe...

    @Shawhelp For over a week now I have had problems with the TV pixelating and the sound cracking. Have had a online chat and a telephone call. The telephone call got cut off but nobody called back. Any suggestions.

    We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

    @Shawhelp Why am I no longer able to view/change some advanced settings? If you don't see the 2.4 and 5 GHz WiFi settings (WiFi Mode, Channel Selection, and Channel Mode) in Advanced Settings, this means these settings are now being managed automatically to help optimize your home network

    @Shawhelp having trouble reaching certain web pages like amazo or pinterest. Huntington Hills. On BlueCurve. Have rebooted. Had an outage first thing but did come back but web pages are still unaccessible - getting a site unreachable messge

    @Shawhelp I am trying to install smart bulbs and the app says I have to change my router to a 2.4 ghz network. The Shaw bluecurve app doesn't let me control those settings. So what do I do?

    @Shawhelp any issues with TV services in Millwoods, Edmonton? Internet working fine but dct stuck on S1 St prompt on front of and not loading.
