@Shawhelp For over a week now I have had problems with the TV pixelating and the sound cracking. Have had a online chat and a telephone call. The telephone call got cut off but nobody called back. Any suggestions.

We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

@Shawhelp I have an iPhone and cannot access shaw mobile is there a problem? There is no app but I used to use shaw mobile device care to get to it but now it just goes blank. Same results if I try to go to safari and to sign in shaw mobile

CBC, CNN, and others equally support or give voice to extreme left-wing ideas and events, often by cherry picking facts, data, and language. Should they be banned? No. We should demand better journalism.

@Shawhelp Your new mandatory confirmation code setup is garbage. If Shaw was serious it's a very simple matter for Shaw to match the originating IP address with the password protected "MY Shaw" account. I'm not changing my browser setting to retain any Shaw password codes!
