    @Shawhelp Hello Shaw, I’m on Pender Island on Magic Lake and my wifi isn’t working and hasn’t been all day. It has been spotty for the last few days. I believe you are aware there is a problem but could you update me when it will be repaired.

    @Shawhelp For over a week now I have had problems with the TV pixelating and the sound cracking. Have had a online chat and a telephone call. The telephone call got cut off but nobody called back. Any suggestions.

    @Shawhelp Many thanks. My daughter isn’t on twitter but operates Our Little Flower Company in GRanville Island Market. I said I would contact you. Their internet has been down about 2 hours and they cannot use their POS system. Her contact number is 604-816-9753 if you can help them out

    Now of course it’s this shady as **** SSI @shawhelp rep that’s asking for this money, that was never agreed on before. So yeah...we’re starting to think this is a bribe. What are you going to do about this @shawhelp? Pretty sure this is illegal. Anyone else ever had this issue?

    Do you know how damn frustrating this has been @Shawhelp ? And that every time we try to speak to a superior, she won’t let us. That she’s been dicking us around since September 10th. Changing the price on a whim. Promising to get things done, never doing so. Now a $5K bribe...

    We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

    @Shawhelp Sorry to say this is the second time in a week I've been having issues. I have a new modem and everything. We are paying for good quality strong connection. Getting terrible service of late. This is in the Riverbend area of Edmonton.

    @ShawInfo our Tech Rep was to arrive between 2pm and 4pm. Do you think it is good business to contact customer at 4:04pm to let customer know Tech will not be arriving between 2-4pm and you will reschedule? Hint #NotGoodCustomerService

    Hey @TELUS - just spent an hour and twenty minutes on hold trying to join your company. The hold music was good but the wait time drove me to @ShawInfo who were MUCH faster to help. I was going to wait on hold to tell your representative but not sure when that would be....

    @Shawhelp You've NOT offered me ANY steps for fixing the issue with your Shaw Webmail App on my phone. I don't have an issue with the email on my computer, which I've stated 13x. It's the faulty APP that is giving me the much aggravation. Who do I speak to about your APP?

    @ShawInfo major screw up last night for PPV UFC 264. Your feed didn't work and neither did the recording! And you guys had no idea until we called!! And never fixed it! Biggest card if the year and missed it thanks to you guys!! Do better!!
