@Shawhelp Hello Shaw, I’m on Pender Island on Magic Lake and my wifi isn’t working and hasn’t been all day. It has been spotty for the last few days. I believe you are aware there is a problem but could you update me when it will be repaired.

@sqwabb @ShawInfo @CityofVancouver interesting. i have never used it on w. broadway so i cant comment on it. just used it for over an hour in Chinatown:Georgia and Main. no problems and connected without doing much other than choosing it. #happy

@grambowpg @Shawhelp @TSN_Sports Not sure you’re missing much. It’s a watered down, highly compressed 4K signal. Was not impressed much when you compare to true 4K streams.

@Shawhelp Will this ever be fixed? Believe had problems since March, when I moved to BlueCurve. Support told me 2 weeks ago they needed specific details of problem and they would call me back. Still waiting for their call back and when I call them, more promises but no call back

@ShawInfo why can’t SHAW fix the BlueCurve issues? These issues in the backend (on the Cloud) have been going on for months and SHAW can’t fix. Every time I call support, I must escalate and waste hours of my valuable time. Should I just move to Telus????
