@Shawhelp Hello Shaw, I’m on Pender Island on Magic Lake and my wifi isn’t working and hasn’t been all day. It has been spotty for the last few days. I believe you are aware there is a problem but could you update me when it will be repaired.

@Shawhelp It's awfully cute this message Unfortunately, the supervisor apparently didn't understand the issues were and had been completely unhelpful. You can't just charge people for services they cancelled. Or I guess you can, cuz you do Maybe more people should be aware. @CBCNews

I just spent almost an hour in some very frustrating interactions with customer service @shawhelp, courtesy of a really poorly designed text messaging system. Not once did I get (outwardly) mad at the customer service reps I spoke with. Be kind even when annoyed.

@Shawhelp how is it possible that when we booked a technician for our move, your agent never actually booked someone? we took time off work and waited around for hours for someone who was never coming
