@Shawhelp Hello Shaw, I’m on Pender Island on Magic Lake and my wifi isn’t working and hasn’t been all day. It has been spotty for the last few days. I believe you are aware there is a problem but could you update me when it will be repaired.

@shawhelp I've been seeing pixelating on many channels last night and all day today. Is there a known issue in North-Northeast Edmonton? This is on multiple TV's in the house.

Had to unplug the modem and the tv box again after a brief outage of @shawhelp internet. Imagine if I charged them $170/month for a car that stoped working randomly 9-20 times a month, they had to unhook the battery every time even if it was a flat tire. Garbage product.
