@TELUS @TELUSsupport 36 hours with no Internet & TV, still no answer. They keep saying we will get a call back from a manager, no manager has reached out to us. @ShawInfo Maybe you can help us out, since Telus as usual isn’t doing much!

When we received our @Shawhelp Blue Curve system, Shaw issued us a new IP, a recycled one. Unfortunately it was a bad IP blocked by @RBC , so we haven’t been able to access online banking at home through wifi for over a year. Shaw won’t issue a new IP, RBC won’t unblock it. Help

@Shawhelp your new way of registering new devices on shaw open is bad. I cant even manually add devices based on their MAC Address... horrible update

Attn @Shawhelp Customers in #ymm / Thickwood: Issues in area causing degraded services. Techs are working to resolve as soon as possible. No estimated time of resolution only showing in progress. This will cause slow speeds and intermittent connection issues. #rmwb
