@ShawInfo I’ve had Shaw pixilation/freezing since March. The issue continues despite many calls and 2 tech visits. Every time I call tech support they have no notes about my previous calls and we start over. TV service is still unwatchable. How can I get what I’m paying for?😐

@Shawhelp for a few days the audio has been cutting out & video pixelates while watching TV. This was supposed to be fixed a while back? If we're not receiving 100% service, we shouldn't be paying 100% of the bill.
