Bon ‘eh 🇨🇦 (@YegBonnie) reported@ShawInfo Pretty hard for those that are mandated to work from home during a pandemic when their internet service completely stops working. And no tech available until Jan 8 to come fix it is just fantastic. Good thing our contract is up on March 1.

Issue wifi router keeps shutting down chatting with tech since 8:30 am hands off to another tech have to start all over again next tech does the same. Still not working at 14:00. Called @TELUSsupport making the switch.
