    I am a patient person. Perhaps to late to complain. Something about my upbringing. But I am done with @Shawhelp. I have been living in this house 10 years. Terrible internet connectivity. My cable doesn’t work. haven’t been able to watch cable in months. And yet they still bill.

    @Shawhelp Almost 9am, no service updates or replies to DM on the Sundance issue. I understand that if it's a major issue it will take time - this is seriously impacting remote and WFH folks who now need to scramble with little information to go on.

    @Shawhelp outage in sundance on February 16th and now tonight February 20th. The update we’ve received has been the same one for the past 6 hours. Figure it out and get this fixed. Customers deserve compensation for this disaster.

    @Shawhelp Done that already, twice The service tech who showed up at my house yesterday also tried to work with you folks. No luck. Your account management people need to fix my account so that the new modem can be added which will allow the tech to activate the modem. Just that simple.

    @ShawInfo wtf Shaw, Your guy came to replace equipment for my elderly parents. The service guy didn’t even have the courtesy to ensure everything is working or show them how to use it. Plus he left the old equipment expecting them to return the big box to another city. Explain!
