I am a patient person. Perhaps to late to complain. Something about my upbringing. But I am done with @Shawhelp. I have been living in this house 10 years. Terrible internet connectivity. My cable doesn’t work. haven’t been able to watch cable in months. And yet they still bill.

@Shawhelp 1 hour on hold last night and 1 hour speaking with a tech and still cable not working. I have to wait tell Monday before a tech can come and they provide to movies on demand not good enough.

@Shawhelp Almost 9am, no service updates or replies to DM on the Sundance issue. I understand that if it's a major issue it will take time - this is seriously impacting remote and WFH folks who now need to scramble with little information to go on.

@Shawhelp So I contacted the Chromecast Support team and they asked me if Chromecast works on Netflix and other apps, I said yes, they tell me it is a Shaw issue. So far I have confirmed that it works with; Netflix, Prime, Crave, And Disney, but not BlueCurve.
