    @Shawhelp Yes there is. Service outage. A very very long, all business day, service outage. Seems impossible for the capital city, but here we are. I can't roll my eyes with enough intensity.

    @Shawhelp How do I report excellent customer service? "Daniel SV70" just walked me through a tech issue via online chat and when we ended there was no review option to let his manager know he rocked it. Can you please pass it on?

    @Shawhelp Since you wouldnโ€™t help run even a 100+ feet of CAT5 cable from a modem that is located in the dining room/living room of a house to somewhere downstairs in one of the rooms that I have via a tech call.     @Shawhelp my internet has been badly lagging on every mw2 server I play but tech support is pretty useless and the modems that the tech give always over heat. Not acceptable Ayo @TELUSsupport when you putting down pure fibre in my area

    4th @ShawInfo tech is here since mid-August and he canโ€™t get any modem or cable to work. We pay ~$250/month for the highest cable+internet and still have BAD wifi (if at all) and itโ€™s beyond frustrating. Plus, when I call, tech support says itโ€™s my fault! ๐Ÿ˜ค
