    @ShawInfo @Shawhelp can you explain why when I request a call back , I get put back on hold for 20 mins??? This is ridiculous. Need business help and have no patience for this **** service / wifi.

    @ShawHelp Something going on in the SW? We had a short outage and now speeds are back but running very slow.

    @ShawInfo has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Cannot call anyone and have been passed around to 4 different reps over the last 3 hours online. Still no fix.
