@Shawhelp I don’t think you can @CitySSM got hammered today and I believe it is directly a result of this as my neighbour is also down just wanted you to be aware. Again (and no offense to Shaw) would rather lose my internet over my #hydro any day! #ONStorm

@Shawhelp I’ve lost my tv/internet connection at least 4 times in the past 1.5 months and have been on hold on the phone for HOURS trying to fix the issue. This is not acceptable. Please DM me. I’m not a happy customer.

Currently trying to decide between @TELUS @TELUSsupport and @Shawhelp for home service. Shaw took 1 minute to talk to a rep and I’m currently on a one hour wait with Telus. So far Shaw is killing Telus in every category!
