For over a month now my @ShawInfo connection has been dropping for 10 minutes at a time. This is a neighborhood problem. Shaw send me a link and a technician tells me a loose connection and tightens some screws. No change. Shaw sends me a link to a high priority tech support.

@ShawInfo I just called your 1-888 number for info, pricing on just tv. I was looking on your website for at least 10-15 mins, couldn't find the info i was looking for only bundle prices. So I called. The person I talked to wasn't much help. Then she hung up on me.

@Shawhelp Just wanted to add Victoria, BC to the list of places that are currently experiencing the ShawTV outage. The odd channel eventually loads, but for the most part, all channels are down. Internet is fine.

@Shawhelp is there an outage for tv services.. seen multiple people with same issues on Twitter , internet works all guides and menu work but wireless tv boxes no channels
