@Shawhelp It was restored after an hour ..... guess there was an issue at your end.... all in operation now. ( tho I did restart the modem which made no difference ...but half hour later got the hello/G'day message ..and it was restored. System has great features, just seems to have bugs

@ShawInfo Be aware people, Shaw bluecurve has some of the worst picture quality!! Sports is like in 480p! Hockey looks so bad!!
