    Maybe CableCo hustle is to see if they can get people to pay early and then earn interest on the early payments. Sending out bills in advance of service being rendered then sending text payment alerts should be shut down. Very scammy. @CRTCeng @ShawInfo @AboutRogers

  • aroc88 Arnold K (@aroc88) reported

    @Shawhelp I've tried restarted my box, unplugging and plugging back in. The audio problems are still there.

  • JayG_YVR Jay Gough (@JayG_YVR) reported

    @Shawhelp @ShawInfo a crying shame that a 15+ year customer, moving to a new city, can’t get service there…gets killed with a cancellation fee. #howtoloseacustomer #policyovercommonsense

  • aroc88 Arnold K (@aroc88) reported

    @Shawhelp i've turned off my soundbar and the problem still happens through TV speakers. This doesn't happen on any of my other sources connected to TV. Just through shaw and on multiple channels.

  • TheRevDave Dave Pollard (@TheRevDave) reported

    @Shawhelp I got the call the offer of $94 out $60 bucks still. Plus the fact that this “planned” outage could last up until June 4 and we are working at home means you are really doing nothing for me. @TELUS are you ready for a new customer been with Shaw over 20 years.

  • BACullenyyc Bruce Cullen (@BACullenyyc) reported

    @Shawhelp not happy. Switched to Shaw Mobile last Friday. Got 2 iPhone12 Mini’s mine in black, son wanted White. Was told white one was in Sunday. Sunday said it was in Tuesday, Tuesday said Thursday. Today son got fed up went in for black one. No 12 Mini’s. Now Monday? #service

    @Shawhelp I am sad that Shaw has decided to do maintenance and **** down internet during a pandemic when families need to home school! I sure hope it’s not down till May 31st like they said!

  • AndisonSullivan Egg (@AndisonSullivan) reported

    @Shawhelp @abhisheksfdc Shaw literally pays a whole department to either redirect people to it's help website or tell them to unplug and replug in their poorly made modems. They do this because it's cheaper than actually supplying a decent internet connection
