    @fanCRTCProfling What it means is that all current @ShawInfo customers, many of whom are used to decent, if not glowing, service (exc for biz accounts!) will be transitioned to appallingly terrible @RogersHelps service (incl biz accts). I've been on both and there's no way I will move to Rogers.

    @Shawhelp .. I should be able to see my terms without waiting on hold for 4 or 5 hours(literally what I had to do get the contract made in the first place).. I want to know if I can cancel and go somewhere else(with better customer service)

    @ShawInfo Shout out to Shaw. Yesterday my TV had no sound. I went onto the Shaw app and dealt with a very nice young man but he couldn’t solve my problem. This morning at 8:15 AM I had a technician at my door who fixed the problem. Now that is customer service! Thank you Shaw!

    .@Shawhelp Are there issues with mobile service in Nanaimo/Duncan area? Unable to send texts and phone calls aren’t working. Hasn’t worked properly since 10am.

    @ShawInfo @Shawhelp Received a text msg saying, "you successfully made changed your rate" I did not make the change. I phoned the number provided. Received no help, tried to chat online, no help.

    @Shawhelp after 6 weeks of nonstop issues with my cable. Multiple chats with chat. Countless rebooting of my cable box. A service visit which resolved nothing. I finally decided to cancel shaw. Agent asked me to give them one more chance and booked another service visit.
