    @Shawhelp I’ve had this discussion with Shaw a million times. Our modem is placed fine, all your techs who have visited have said so. It’s literally in the middle of our main floor. No cement anywhere. We tried it upstairs awhile ago but that caused streaming problems in the main floor.

    @Shawhelp wifi speed has been super slow for about two months, did the usual unplug everything, reset router, checked speed test DL @ 40 UL @ 8.1. Everything on our phones and tablets either takes for ever to load or just doesn’t load at all. Laptop seem fine.

    @shawhelp, I just was on hold for over half hour after 1am to find out that there is a replacement fiber line going in. Why couldn't you notify customers? Why not put that on your community outage webpage? That would have saved my time and others, the tech alluded to. #sad

    @66sprite @ShawInfo This was expected from them. It would’ve been more clever to slowly sync up and down speeds until they worked their way up to 1000mbps. This 25mbps crap makes them look very weak as a competitor.

    @shawhelp I don’t know what kind of maintenance in SE Wpg was done on Saturday and Sunday, but internet performance has been markedly poor since then. We have cycled the BlueCurve tower many many times this week to no avail.
