    @ShawInfo over 9 hrs without internet!? Seriously?! I complained to chat and all they were interested in was verifying my identity... passphrases etc... and not that I had no Internet for 9 hrs! Seriously get your priorities in order when there is an outage!!!!!

    @Shawhelp R U having problems in Newton, Surrey? can't get channel 145 at all, others in the 100 range very, very slow to load. All sets in house doing the same.

    @Shawhelp 3/ Moral of the story: if your parents are aging and use @Shawhelp , get them away from this terrible company as soon as possible (and check their bill too... they charge my mum 2x what I pay Telus for maybe 10% of the service spec)

    @L_Whiting @Shawhelp @Shawhelp Having the exact same issue in Edmonton - 100 channels very slow to load and some not loading at all. 145 says it’s temporarily unavailable and then stays black.
