  • UKgeordieColin Colin (@UKgeordieColin) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@Shawhelp we moved 10 days ago and our WiFi still is not working properly. Might be because you had me hook it up rather than send someone. That's like paying for a landscaper and them telling you to **** your own flower beds. Not sure exactly what to do here. Already DMed you.

  • purpledcake twinkly✨rascal🖤 (@purpledcake) reported from Calgary, Alberta

Hey @Shawhelp - is there a service outage in the Beltline? Haven’t had internet for a couple hours now

  • BenAngus Ben (@BenAngus) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

For the first time in ages, someone assumed my partner was a woman in conversation. Wasn't expecting it to be a customer service agent from @Shawhelp when I was looking at Shaw Mobile, but here we are.

  • cobalt766 Cobalt (@cobalt766) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@Shawhelp once again time to renew with you and you try and Jack up my prices. Your customer service still sucks.

  • stephenfung Stephen Fung (@stephenfung) reported from Coquitlam, British Columbia

Hey @TELUSsupport . Just got #PureFibre. My @Shawhelp modem is at the curb. One problem. I can see another account in my profile. I can stop their WiFi & reboot their modem. Fun. Can someone reach out? Tried calling now but apparently not 9PM close as stated. Thx.

  • mykeymause Moke (@mykeymause) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia

Honestly, Telus sending me an email saying “you’re on the best network in town - way better than @ShawInfo/@FreedomMobile’s” makes me want to switch from Telus... attack ads, wtf?
