@Shawhelp No he didnt. Yes i was able to talk to the tech support same day and booked the tech appointment again. Called tje support again and the agent told me the tech cancelled it

Putting in like 15 requests to @ShawInfo’s DigShaw system because they inexplicably refuse to use the already existing and superior provincial OneCall system run by @Utility_Safety. Maybe the Rogers merger will finally shut down this silly redundancy?

Apparently there's a problem with internet, other services provided by @Shawhelp in #NewWestminster. I have TV cable, internet but unable to login to my Shaw Webmail, Shaw Account. Recorded message when I call the Shaw phone number says no indication when it will be resolved.
