    @Shawhelp That's just a convenient excuse. If you were so inclined you guys could look me up in your internal database and just reach out on the basis of doing a 'wellness check' on my customer satisfaction to ensure you got the right customer. Don't worry, I won't hesitate to ID myself!

    @TELUS sent us equipment without authorization and took money from our account for a service we never asked for (theft in my books). Now they expect US to ship the unwanted equipment before we get a refund. So long! Hello @Shawhelp

    Shaw is down again! Shaw went down at April 4, 2022 at 10:20PM in Langley. Im extremely unhappy with this service and home that it will be online soon, I pay to much for the WiFi to be down again! Please fix this problem as soon as possible. shawhelp

    @Shawhelp I can sign in to my Twitter account - how do you think I’m sending you a tweet? And the “contact us” phone number on the website routes me to Belize - which is what I don’t want. Forget it - this Shaw Help is not helping.
