    .@shawinfo has given 2 more updates that both basically say “we’re still working on it”. I wish they’d actually give an explanation. We’re at almost the 9 hour mark of when my internet went down. Obviously this is a major major outage at this point.

    @Shawhelp No internet and no TV. Looks like this has been going on for 5 hours. How has this issue not been fixed? I bet @telus isn't having these issues in the area I live.

    @Shawhelp Cable outage in SE Edmonton. Any idea when this will be fixed? Good thing there is no pandemic on and we have to stay at home.

    Ok no update to @ShawInfo status, but our internet did its come back on. So yay for an almost 10 hour internet outage!

    @Shawhelp Nope. I sure can't. I can clearly read the SE Edmonton is suffering an outage. But why isn't Shaw providing us with more info? If you actually cared about your customers you'd be keeping us updated. I really don't know why I pay Shaw hundreds of dollars every month.
