WTF @Shawhelp someone from there calls me with a decent deal for Internet/cable. I’m on the train so I ask them to call my wife instead. They never call. I try and contact you guys when I’m back from vacation and no one has a goddamn clue 🤬

After waiting over an hour for @Shawhelp to call me back (they quoted 35 minutes - as 225th in the queue), I am going to bed and will turn off the ringer. I have ducks to kill on the am and can order my new @TELUS service tomorrow. Shaw TV can’t solve the buffering.

@Shawhelp Answer me this: where’s my money from seven months ago from Shaw Mobile. You guys asked me to expect a phone call on Monday to resolve this issue. It’s now Wednesday. Let this be a lesson to anyone signing up for any Shaw products. You’ll be disappointed and not get your $ back.
