been working from home. my @ShawInfo Internet goes down daily, often multiple times. scheduling my fourth visit from a tech and the CSR suggests that I could use my 'shaw go-wifi' and head to a coffee shop or something. uh, no. that's why I pay for home internet. FOURTH VISIT

WTF @Shawhelp someone from there calls me with a decent deal for Internet/cable. I’m on the train so I ask them to call my wife instead. They never call. I try and contact you guys when I’m back from vacation and no one has a goddamn clue 🤬

After waiting over an hour for @Shawhelp to call me back (they quoted 35 minutes - as 225th in the queue), I am going to bed and will turn off the ringer. I have ducks to kill on the am and can order my new @TELUS service tomorrow. Shaw TV can’t solve the buffering.

@Shawhelp ok asked to be downgraded back to my old 300 plan and return the BlueCurve device.Soon as I plugged my old device back in everything started working again.Been a Shaw customer for a years but I won't forget this experience Support is atrocious; product is appalling.
