WTF @Shawhelp someone from there calls me with a decent deal for Internet/cable. I’m on the train so I ask them to call my wife instead. They never call. I try and contact you guys when I’m back from vacation and no one has a goddamn clue 🤬

I'm just about done with @Shawhelp Nothing but problems all summer. Internet was out &/or terrible for a good portion of June & July...3 technician visits, and now it's out again. Good thing I bought a wifi card for my desktop so I can use my hotspot so I can work.

@Shawhelp - my internet has been out since about 9:30 PM last night.. Website said possible outage was scheduled for 12-8AM. Figured that out myself.. Your business is communication, yet y’all suck at it. Notify your customers. Still doesn’t make sense why it was out at 9:30..
