@Hrbngr_of_btfl @TELUS @ShawInfo we’ve been with shaw for like ten years and in the last year have had the worlds spottiest internet despite upgrading to their best plan. we have to call every few weeks to have it rebooted, techs have come out, still an issue nearly every day.

@Shawhelp We understand call blocking facility have to manually done by entering number limited to 10 numbers. How does blocking anonymous calls work as at times places like @AHS_media uses "PrivateNumber" features, will that service block calls from @YourAlberta as they are important?

I'm so sick of exploitative companies like @TELUS. I pay 120$ a month for internet and the service I receive is terrible. My internet has been down for 13 days now and they've done absolutely nothing to help me. I think it's time I make the switch to @ShawInfo

@Shawhelp Anything you can do to stop the barrage of spam calls to my LAN line? I've been getting them every 3-10 minutes for the last 90 minutes. I'm at the point of leaving my phone "off the hook" so they get a busy signal. They're spoofing 403 area code numbers.

Dear @Shawhelp …recording shows on our pvr is unreliable. Recording cuts out, freezes, etc. Refreshing and restarting doesn’t help. Why do we pay for this ‘service’ when we just rely on next day streaming? Your service is brutal and I can’t wait to cut my cable
