@Shawhelp No he didnt. Yes i was able to talk to the tech support same day and booked the tech appointment again. Called tje support again and the agent told me the tech cancelled it

Shaw Internet is literally the worst for gaming. Shaw internet being ****** per usual. Ended up costing me even more ranked points and I now have a 1 hour ban. Can @ShawInfo recommend me an internet service provider that actually works? #ShawInternet

Above are my DMs with @ShawInfo these do not include my conversation with the company they hire to take their customer calls which is GATESTONEco whom pays me via Shaw Communications Canada I cannot believe this happened to me I been scammed before but never by a company this big
