    @BrowntoBure @TELUSsupport @Shawhelp I had major customer support issues with Shaw, switched to Telus for 10x the speed, 1/2 the price and no issues. Shaw sent me to collections for $26, 2 days after I paid the bill, within a month of closing the account. They suck sewer pipe.

    @Shawhelp To protect myself and others if in case, if at all. But all I was met with is rude COVID rejection without even seeing what I was there for. So, am I just to take this rudeness and feel customer appreciation? I'm sure all employees of Shaw is good with that right? Ok for you?

    @Shawhelp is anyone around for help? I've been trying to contact anyone at shaw by both live chat and phone for days...have been on hold for hours and can't get a live person.

    @Shawhelp Its been a month now and I still can't believe I'm paying more money for slower service. I would have sent this sooner but it took forever just to load a mobile twitter page on a brand new phone while standing right beside the modem. How is that even possible?

    @Shawhelp Jack !!! On hold now with customer service for 35 minutes. Almost $200 a month for services I hardly use and can’t even contact your offices. This is outright ridiculous !!

    @Shawhelp @shaw.ca sent me email to contact them about my plan. on hold on phone still 1 hour 45 mins. live chat - same. Been with them for many, many years. worst customer ever - and they want me to add my cell?
