    My internet has been down for 3 hours now. @CCarrytel support doesnt open for another 5 1/2 hours and the vendor ( @shawhelp ) who licenses the line to them wont assist because im not THEIR customer. Why tf would I be with outages every 3-4 nights?

    @Shawhelp I’m not out of region which is why I reached out. I’ve never had this issue previously. This was also viewed on satellite not digital. You can see from my pic that the broadcast was still playing in the background. Normally the screen is black behind the pop up if out of region

    @Shawhelp today is the third day I have been trying to contact your technical support and it is heartbreaking. On one of those days I waited on the call for over 5 hours and no one answered. Can someone reach out to me please? Thank you.
