@Shawhelp Having issues connecting to the internet on all devices. Modem has been disconnected and reconnected mulitple times. No blue light signalling the working internet connection

@Shawhelp When are you going to provide any information on the outage in Coquitlam? 45 minutes ago I was told Shaw was aware and to follow the outage page for updates - not only no updates, it doesn't even show up in your outages. Our entire neighborhood is out.
