Sad that I have already wasted 5 hours on hold between the last 2 days. Quite disappointed as a loyal customer.

It died doing it's duty; providing me with high speed internet access both via internet and Wi-Fi. *sob* I am forever grateful for its service and will cherish the memories we made.

Jonathan Mason (@masonstcc) reportedMy @Shawhelp @RogersHelps cable boxes are not working. I don't think the internet is consistent either. Ever since the forced 'upgrade' from Shaw to Rogers hardware. I need a service tech on site to fix this problem. Loyal customer for over 20 years.
