    Hey @ShawInfo @Shawhelp nice sales tactics upselling service to my elderly father-in-law, who said he didn't want anything changed with his services, but for some reason your sales person changed his plan and other services. Preying on the elderly is disgusting.😡

    @gingrbredbeauty @ShawInfo Can verify @shawinfo seeing her connection go down regularly. I remember having the same when I was a customer previously and it was your installers draping cables over fences in people's yards and leaving them.

    @Shawhelp I received an email this am from Shaw saying I needed to verify my acct. I clicked the link to which it wanted me to sign into my acct. I then noticed the unusual email address. I didn't sign in.
