@Shawhelp Why does the Weather Network default to a city where I am not located? It isn't helpful to have the temperature, wind and forecast for Victoria when I don't live in Victoria. How can I change it to my location?

@ShawInfo horrible would be a small word for how bad your service is. I have been getting internet that goes out for 20-40min 7-10times everyday for 2 months, i got 1 technician then had to call another after the issue was still there They both said it’s good and fine but 1/2

@Shawhelp I have tried and tried with your customer service tech specialists. They have rerun all my outside cable, they’ve replaced the coax jack and cables, they swapped out my modem… I’ve been told many, many times there is nothing that can be done and I just have to live with it…
