    @Shawhelp Why does the Weather Network default to a city where I am not located? It isn't helpful to have the temperature, wind and forecast for Victoria when I don't live in Victoria. How can I change it to my location?

    @ShawInfo Lol. Fast in disconnecting and not working. Their call center is awful. Just by disconnecting the cable and connecting it back it's their solution. Gimme a break!

    @Shawhelp What about some help? Paying oodles of $ for your gateway/blue curve but get lip service from help desk. Chat is no good because I don’t have your internet connection. All day - nothing but trouble! My daughter needs your internet for school. Repair your equipment!

    @Shawhelp Can’t believe with all of the entertainment options out there Shaw is trying to charge me more and upsell me on “Fiber” you are going to lose this customer I already pay 234 a month!

    @KCTS9 @Shawhelp just want to report really bad audio on most programs on PBS. News hour is almost unwatchable as every 2nd, 3rd word breaks-up. Same on (all) UK programs. Not sure about other shows but this going on for couple of weeks & getting worse! NOT my TVs. #vancouverBC

    @ShawInfo 4th time being disappointed by rude and unhelpful CSR on Shaws chat George S80T and Alia made changes to 2 different accounts without notification, one isnt mine . My problem wasn't even related to the issue, but 1min after my conversation i'm dropping 5-6 day feb 3-9
