The first time I mentioned it was via a chat, next time was DM. There is some picture but mainly scrambled pixels. I shouldn't have to pay full pop for less than 100% product.

Only 148 customers affected by power, seems like far more by this, and the updates do not tell us when we can expect service restored

Shaw is a joke. they are all pathetic examples of offer customers service and it will get worst once Roger's takes them over. We need more competition in this country forcing them to UP their game. I call and say bell is offering better internet services for half of what I'm paying right now, and they say well best we can do is charge $20 more than you're already paying for the same service bell is offering....

Tammie Brown Fan Page (@bryanloewen) reportedI was hesitant to switch from @TELUS to @ShawInfo Mobile because of network speed. I decided that for $25 a month it was worth a try but kept my TELUS account. Shaw speed tested at 20 MBPS, TELUS tested at 5. Telus is the biggest scam, it's one step below a pyramid scheme.
