@Shawhelp I have been having problems with a few HD channels, this has been going on for 2 months. The first time I mentioned it was via a chat, next time was DM. There is some picture but mainly scrambled pixels. I shouldn't have to pay full pop for less than 100% product.

@Shawhelp Why does the Weather Network default to a city where I am not located? It isn't helpful to have the temperature, wind and forecast for Victoria when I don't live in Victoria. How can I change it to my location?

@Shawhelp and im sure there has been contact but i tune in every day to him stream and its constant not a day goes by that there is major problems. I really hope yall do get it fixed i bounce around alot of streamers and am part of a huge community. he has what it takes to be huge1/2

@Shawhelp I’ve done that. Talked to rep he said he would call back internet has cut out twice. Spent 22mins on hold again to get the call disconnected again! No one has called from the ticket I made. This needs to be resolved or I will have to call sasktel to come in and install internet!
