    @ShawInfo pay attention. Your way of dealing w unhappy customers is to lock them in to 2yr contracts or pay sky high rates. Why not just improve service

    Buying a house and moving is stressful enough! But when the new @Shawhelp internet doesn’t work as first told its almost a breaking point. By the time I finished venting in a DM, the amazing service person had fixed everything and I had internet!!! @netflix here I come! Thx Shaw

    @Shawhelp i noticed a few people in social media complaining about internet speed today...my 150 is always slow but really slow today. Is there an issue somewhere?

    @Shawhelp not sure why we pay so much for 300 internet. Seems it's not much different than the 150. It's consistently having outage burps, like now. So, no wifi at all, as per usual. Can last 5 minutes up to several hours. Modem looks fine, just no wifi for an hour now. Nice.

    @Shawhelp I’m frustrated- our Gateway went down during the thunderstorm and after waiting about 20 minutes on the phone, the best your service representative could offer was to send a technician out 10 days from now to try and fix this problem

    @Shawhelp @CoryKnox Android cache is clever enough to not need that. If a reboot improve performance is probably an hardware issue or a background app (on older generation of Android)
