    @Shawhelp I have been having problems with a few HD channels, this has been going on for 2 months. The first time I mentioned it was via a chat, next time was DM. There is some picture but mainly scrambled pixels. I shouldn't have to pay full pop for less than 100% product.

    @Shawhelp Why does the Weather Network default to a city where I am not located? It isn't helpful to have the temperature, wind and forecast for Victoria when I don't live in Victoria. How can I change it to my location?

    1st wait 3 hours, 2nd call waited 2.5 hours, 3rd call waited an hour. When it seems to be improving the rep said she will transfer me to account services but instead doesn’t transfer my call or hang up. I can hear all the chatting in the background. Wow! Great service @ShawInfo

    @Shawhelp How come my internet turns off every day for 10 or more minutes? I never had this issue with Telus. I work from home during the day and night and depend on my internet, I pay over a hundred dollars a month I expect better service. #straightenup #CustomerExperience

    @Shawhelp The only info he gave me was that they were working on a fix, they didn't have an ETA for it and told me to message you guys when it does eventually get fixed so that I could get some sort of refund or credit towards my account regarding the days or weeks that I had poor service.
