SR (@VI_CYC) reported from Nanaimo, British Columbia@Shawhelp Why does the Weather Network default to a city where I am not located? It isn't helpful to have the temperature, wind and forecast for Victoria when I don't live in Victoria. How can I change it to my location?
-
Christina Langelier (@KittyMomm) reported from South Wellington, British Columbia@Shawhelp is there an outage in Cedar?

darrin wright (@ballsy66) reported from Nanaimo, British Columbia@Shawhelp I have been having problems with a few HD channels, this has been going on for 2 months. The first time I mentioned it was via a chat, next time was DM. There is some picture but mainly scrambled pixels. I shouldn't have to pay full pop for less than 100% product.

Ugabug (@MaryPChipman) reported@Shawhelp Yes, the new TV box (#2) is running, however, without a cable, the signal sometimes cuts out - the Internet might be down or slow for a nanosecond. Our WiFi shows as being strong.
-
Heldy (@HeldyCarvalho) reported@Shawhelp @Rogers @RogersHelps I have been with Shaw 10+ years. They used to use automatic card updating services that update expiry dates automatically. Rogers does not use that. Does not notify users. Just charges them $70. At least tell users that service is removed.
-
Jenn (@jskapin) reported@Shawhelp What can I do to speak with an actual representative? I was emailed to call or login to update my billing info. The app doesn’t work, logging into my account doesn’t work (I get the “oops! Something went wrong!” page), and I get disconnected when I call in to speak with

Alex Snow (@Geodude96) reported@Shawhelp My internet has been cutting out at least once a day for the past few weeks. Called in once before and was told there was a problem in my area but nothing has changed since then. I'm on Zoom at least once/week & need it reliable. Really getting sick of the bad service.

OC_2030 (@oc_2030_vision) reported@Shawhelp Thanks for this update … customer service improves with customer feedback like mine. Next time just turn on TV and see if “The Frame” is on your own TV.
-
Dave (@Danrek77) reported@Shawhelp No timeline, no email confirmation, and I’m not a new customer. I’m being billed for 2 gigabit now, without the hardware for it. I am hesitant to send this beat up box back without knowing I will be getting hardware to actually use the service
-
Common Sense Politics Please (@laxbird) reportedYou just have to love the ****** @Shawhelp service. They give you chat service that doesn't work for Shaw. Then give you a number that doesn't have service. How are you suppose to contact these people.
-
Marty Chan (@Marty_Chan) reported@Shawhelp Is there an outage in Edmonton? I am in Forest Heights and my internet is out. I rebooted the router twice. No luck.
-
Lindsay I.R Wiebe (@LindsayWiebeRD) reported@Shawhelp - I pay internet just to have it cut out for close to an hour every day when I come home from work. If this continues, I’m going to ask for a discounted rate, or change providers to either @Bell or @TELUS. $110 dollars for this kind of service is uncalled for.

Chris Sigurdson (@sigurdson_chris) reported@Shawhelp It's a shaw email problem, do you still service shaw email? None of the questions asked lead me to that. Has Rogers taken over all of it now?
