@Shawhelp Why does the Weather Network default to a city where I am not located? It isn't helpful to have the temperature, wind and forecast for Victoria when I don't live in Victoria. How can I change it to my location?

@Shawhelp I have been having problems with a few HD channels, this has been going on for 2 months. The first time I mentioned it was via a chat, next time was DM. There is some picture but mainly scrambled pixels. I shouldn't have to pay full pop for less than 100% product.

Shaw cable out @Shawhelp chat won’t open, I do not have the patience to wait on hold for an hour+ I’ve unplugged everything, plugged it all back in to get the same damn msgs “connecting to your entertainment experience” for 30min then tighten your cables&restart RDK10000 Repeat

The worst part of upgrading the Cable Tv box is that channel surfing now includes "you're not subscribed to this channel" 🙄 Is there any way to hide unsubscribed channels so I can channel surf in peace or is this just a fun feature of capitalism? @Shawhelp
