  Hey @Shawhelp - who can I talk to about a bill issue that two separate customer service folks had promised my dad had been corrected, but he’s STILL being charged for? This should have been corrected in January, and is getting ridiculous.

  @Shawhelp In Abbotsford, if we try to call my mother-in-law or she tries to call us, over 50% of the time it fails with the messaging saying the receiver does not accept blocked phone numbers. New issue as of this morning.

  @Shawhelp Hello Shaw this issue hasn’t been resolved yet. The network keeps going down. Some of us work from home and it's getting frustrating.
