@ShawInfo you may need to invest in some customer service/retention lessons. Losing a customer of over 10 plus years over a $180 early cancellation fee when I was unable to transfer my service is just terrible business practice

@Shawhelp Yes because people always know that there’s a possibility they will be moving in two years…was not expecting such an inadequate response but based on the customer service I’ve received over the last 2 hours I shouldn’t be surprised 🙄
