    @Shawhelp It says im not subscribed. Worked until idk maybe an hour ago. I logged out and upon trying to log back in it just keeps saying an error occurred. I found out a lot of shaw users have been having similar issues for about 3 days i think.

    I remember when @Shawhelp was actually good. Every support action online now takes over an hour and simple yes or no questions from them take 10 minutes to reply. You guys really need to concentrate on one chat at a time, it's so fustrating as a customer.

    I'm sure all the @ShawInfo customers are now just over the noon with the possibility of the @RogersHelps deal...especially after the network issues this morning that have been unresolved for hours. Oh, BTW, thanks for absolutely nothing today @RogersHelps ๐Ÿ˜ก #rogersoutage

    Shoutout to @ShawInfo for having such GARBAGE TIER TECHNOLOGY that their modem decides to RANDOMLY DISCONNECT ALL MY STUFF MIDSTREAM. If you live in Canada, do not use Shaw internet

    @annettelabonne @ShawInfo This isn't so bad really. Mum had her **** together. I'm "it" so there's no big hassle but the Shaw thing is crazy. They should know better.

    My mum passed away. Called @ShawInfo to cancel her cable but wanted to keep internet at her place. No condolences. Said we had to cancel everything, so we did. And they wonder why they lose customers.
