I logged out and upon trying to log back in it just keeps saying an error occurred. I found out a lot of shaw users have been having similar issues for about 3 days i think.

Trying to access troubleshooting just continues a never ending loop of selecting your device then a page that bounces back to select your device. Not user friendly.

Rogers doesn't want you to get any help from a human being - they want you to do everything online yourself despite the fact most tech problems can't be helped online. And the music sucks!

If this continues, Iโm going to ask for a discounted rate, or change providers to either @Bell or @TELUS. $110 dollars for this kind of service is uncalled for.
