@Shawhelp It says im not subscribed. Worked until idk maybe an hour ago. I logged out and upon trying to log back in it just keeps saying an error occurred. I found out a lot of shaw users have been having similar issues for about 3 days i think.

@shawhelp • Did Shaw pull the iOS Profile download for using Shaw Wi-Fi ? • Registering devices does not prompt to download/install iOS Profile, hence cannot connect to ShawPasspoint. • Support chat keeps ending abruptly and your tech appears to know nothing.

@Shawhelp Every single night at approx midnight the internet goes out in Saanich. Competition can't come fast enough. Customers never get compensated for the nightly outages. So tired of the excuses & never having internet or wifi.

@RyanJHobson @Shawhelp @illustratedword I’m getting this too. It seems when live event programming ends, it triggers an outage. Super annoying and it’s happened the last 2 evenings.

@Shawhelp I phoned and talked to a rep about my phone bill. The rep said she had to talk to another rep to get direction. I was on hold for 40 minutes. We she came back on the line she stated someone would contact me tonight. It's almost 8pm MT and no call. Please help.
