@Shawhelp It says im not subscribed. Worked until idk maybe an hour ago. I logged out and upon trying to log back in it just keeps saying an error occurred. I found out a lot of shaw users have been having similar issues for about 3 days i think.

@ShawInfo hey who do I speak to to complain about one of your customer service? They told me I was off contract and I needed to sign up again then told me the package I chose would be cheaper for more, but it was just more.

@ShawInfo gotta have some of the worst ******* customer service of all time. What an absolute joke. No showed after giving us a 12 hour window when they "could've been here" and zero follow up for another appointment, despite contacting them twice.

My vehicle got broken into last night. No damage but they stole modems I was going to return to @ShawInfo today. I called them up to let them know and they were like "cool story pay $200 and file insurance claims to pay more that way. Only options" Thanks for caring shaw
