    @Shawhelp It says im not subscribed. Worked until idk maybe an hour ago. I logged out and upon trying to log back in it just keeps saying an error occurred. I found out a lot of shaw users have been having similar issues for about 3 days i think.

    @Shawhelp I'm now on day 3 without internet. I contacted support and they gave me case number CCS000011835796. Please have a manager contact me with a resolution timeline. This is atrocious service and I'll be cancelling as soon as I'm able

    @Shawhelp Yes, I didnโ€™t even unbox this new one. I had contacted support immediately after taking the package from Purolator because the box looked trashed. My problem was the lady on support said nothing about bew hardware or when it might come, just the email with the QR Fed Ex label

    Well, itโ€™s Sunday afternoon and @Rogers and @Shawhelp never came through with a better plan, so it appears that my services will be discontinued tomorrow after making some calls to Costcoโ€™s internet, Teck savvy, Bell & Telus. If anyone has any suggestions on providers, send em.

    @Shawhelp question, when watching the 4k stream of an Oil game it goes all pixelated and looks terrible, this happens many many MANY times in just a few min.. how do we solve this??

    @Shawhelp Yes, the new TV box (#2) is running, however, without a cable, the signal sometimes cuts out - the Internet might be down or slow for a nanosecond. Our WiFi shows as being strong.

    My internet has been down for 3 hours now. @CCarrytel support doesnt open for another 5 1/2 hours and the vendor ( @shawhelp ) who licenses the line to them wont assist because im not THEIR customer. Why tf would I be with outages every 3-4 nights?
