@Shawhelp It says im not subscribed. Worked until idk maybe an hour ago. I logged out and upon trying to log back in it just keeps saying an error occurred. I found out a lot of shaw users have been having similar issues for about 3 days i think.

@Shawhelp worst customer service. Lied to by multiple reps today saying my tech issue was the result of an outage because they were too lazy to do their job. Now I have to wait until Friday for a service appointment when the problem is clearly the modem which needs to be swapped

@Shawhelp Our Shaw customers are not able to use our service because of e-mail bounces from shaw emails. This has been a problem for over a month but we cannot get a response from shaw support?

@Shawhelp I reported that there was an outage, full spectrum, in Fort St John, as it was happening. Thankfully it came back shortly thereafter. But your first response was there was something hours ago… why would I report something hours ago? There’s no logic in that!

How are we supposed to get a hold of anyone after hours (10pm)? Almost every other night we have a cable, phone and internet outage and its too late at night to get a hold of anyone. I thought you had 24 hour service. @Shawhelp

@Shawhelp No, it was an outage that was happening the moment I tweeted you. You know, ShawHelp really doesn’t… generally the response is “I don’t see anything”… “it happened earlier” is a new one. The last thing I will ever expect to hear from you is, yes, you are right there’s a problem
