Trevor (@TDogg83) reported@Shawhelp @langleyjwr The power outage in that area started at 9pm (from the fire) last night, and your service went down at 7am today, not exactly in alignment. Only 148 customers affected by power, seems like far more by this, and the updates do not tell us when we can expect service restored

Shaw is a joke. they are all pathetic examples of offer customers service and it will get worst once Roger's takes them over. We need more competition in this country forcing them to UP their game.
