If this continues, I’m going to ask for a discounted rate, or change providers to either @Bell or @TELUS. $110 dollars for this kind of service is uncalled for.

Ugabug (@MaryPChipman) reported@Shawhelp We did it all. It turned out Shaw hadn't properly registered the devices. 2 hours spent on the 'easy swap out' new modem (1 hr w tech support). Worse problems with the TV swapout, still unresolved. 1 hr trying everything, 1 hr waiting for tech support, 1 hour w it. New box needed

Shaw Cable has horrible customer service and no respect for long time customers all they want is your money. I blame it on the merger with even more greedy Rogers customers are just a number now

Some of them have audio issues or are not accessible. I’ve tried to call a couple times - but the hold time is +1 hour and I just give up. Please help.

TC-VAN (@RageGeist) reported@Shawhelp Hi, my internet has been down about 7hrs now and I'm not seeing my location in the outage section. I contacted support earlier and she said there was an open incident INC1743915 for my area. My postal code is V3B7W4. Any ETA's on service restoration?
