@ShawInfo needs to sell @FreedomMobile at a discount. They have neglected the network. It's unacceptable that in this day and age rain interrupts mobile data.

@Mark_Goldberg @ShawInfo Good for people in AB & B.C. that can and want to bundle. But not focused on the underserved or accessibility. Have to have a fixed service, qualify. And accept zoned plan limitations. If you followed the Wireless Industry Review closely @TD_Canada these were some of key points.

Today's #rogersoutage is yet another reason the government needs to divest @FreedomMobile from any sale of @ShawInfo. While all @Rogers brands including #chatr #fido are down, freedom customers have service because it's a separate network still.

@CM02051985 @smFISHMAN @ShawInfo Enter your info, it might redirect you to the Network. I get a Rogers pop up to enter my info, that might just be how it works for Shaw.

@Shawhelp The big issue is the original box I got from #ShawCable when I renewed my contract in September was the wrong box and not supporting channels for the package I have. Then shaw sends refurbished box for the replacement of the original so technically I never had a new one..

@Shawhelp Kelowna, Ellison area by Airport. For the last few days, CNN on Bluecurve TV (254) has been all garbled. All other channels are fine. Just me, or anyone else having problems?

@Shawhelp, the signal for most channels in North Vancouver is pretty bad. Some satelitte channels (eg CNN, Knowledge) ok but locals & Seattle unwatchable. Picture & sound breaking up. Happens periodically but worse today. Shaw used to be rock solid. What's up?
