    The service from @Shawhelp has gone downhill since @Rogers took over. Tired of the increasing costs, and poor service. Constantly dealing with “connection issues” on my TV. Long wait times for assistance from @RogersHelps and no help. UGH. What are the alternatives out there?!

    @Shawhelp Well I guess your app guys heard everybody yelling at them. They just released another update - and this one works. But #getitrightthe1sttime and save yourself trouble.

    @shaw @shawhelp So literally nothing is working properly. Service is terrible at best. Not sure this post will even go thru. I pay lots per month and need way better service.
