    As a new Shaw customer I have figured out what SHAW stands for: Stay on Hold And Wait. Two days of being put on hold for 45 mins at a time. Call backs take hours and they don't give you a chance to say hi before they hang up when they do call back. Do not use Shaw. @Shawhelp

    @Shawhelp The worst upgrade of the television guide settings EVER!!! Worst colour designs that you have selected. Not comfortable on the customers eyes at all. Black on Teal Green/Blue isn’t the best selection. Should create a multiple options available for the customer to select.

    That’s great.. so since 11am no @Shawhelp internet or tv.. football game on soon .. figured by now it would be fixed after 8 hours.. 5th time in 2 months now Shaw has been terrible..my life is sports.. no sports on = life over so this = switch companies.. its enough

    When you are grinding real hard before the Halloween event ends on Destiny 2, then internet keeps on disconnecting us. We know it's not the game's servers or Xbox's problem, since Youtube is not being as fast as it used to. @Shawhelp

    @Shawhelp I chatted with Alexis last week to get the problems with 224 and 231 and a VOD problem fixed. He did a reset, but the problems with these channels was not fixed and is still not fixed. I am not getting my money’s worth and need your help. Randy MacPherson 204-488-8496

    @Shawhelp I am NOT ABLE to get channels 224 or 231 which show Signal Loss Detected on the screen, nor channel 235 which now shows an unwatchable distorted picture and sound and which I pay extra for every month! I need help to fix this problem. Randy MacPherson 204-488-8496

    @Shawhelp Got d internet & cable just yesterday. Woke up 2day with nothin. Calld techsupport. Waited d whole day to get fixed. Reset many times. Powercycled. But only Agent EKTA got us working again. Thanks 2 her, very efficient! She walkd us thru to fix d network! Great job!
