I’m tired of waiting on hold @Shawhelp. I’ve already talked to an agent to let them know I’m cancelling my service. There is really no need to transfer me to “the loyalty department” to complete this cancellation request. This is very poor customer service.

As a new Shaw customer I have figured out what SHAW stands for: Stay on Hold And Wait. Two days of being put on hold for 45 mins at a time. Call backs take hours and they don't give you a chance to say hi before they hang up when they do call back. Do not use Shaw. @Shawhelp

@Shawhelp Why is your callback feature not working tonight. Trying to reach retention and either you aren’t putting the person through when they are first in the lineup to speck to a live agent or the call is dropping. Have placed at least 5 callbacks.

@Shawhelp So my wifi has decided to stop working here at home. I have unplugged it and waited 30 seconds and then plugged it in and it worked for about 5 minutes. And now it’s down again.

@Shawhelp Don’t really want to deal with it right now 😜 not using tv at moment but internet slow or gone intermittently often. Frustrating when trying to surf web or social media on phone. I have to remind myself to turn data off on phone or I’ll unknowingly use it when Shaw not working
