WTF @Shawhelp someone from there calls me with a decent deal for Internet/cable. I’m on the train so I ask them to call my wife instead. They never call. I try and contact you guys when I’m back from vacation and no one has a goddamn clue 🤬

.@Shawhelp thinks that it's reasonable for me to need four visits from a tech to maybe fix their internet. suggestions for solutions include 'find somewhere to use public wifi' and 'we'll keep sending techs until you get tired of asking'

been working from home. my @ShawInfo Internet goes down daily, often multiple times. scheduling my fourth visit from a tech and the CSR suggests that I could use my 'shaw go-wifi' and head to a coffee shop or something. uh, no. that's why I pay for home internet. FOURTH VISIT

After waiting over an hour for @Shawhelp to call me back (they quoted 35 minutes - as 225th in the queue), I am going to bed and will turn off the ringer. I have ducks to kill on the am and can order my new @TELUS service tomorrow. Shaw TV can’t solve the buffering.
