Spending my morning cancelling my new @Shawhelp connection and it's not even hooked up yet. I always got right through to someone - till I called the cancellation line - now I've been on hold for 10 min and counting. Lots of unhelpful help, until now.

another half-day wasted waiting for @Shawhelp to show up and fix ongoing Internet issues. 5+ service calls 4+ new modems 3+ months waiting 2 more hours wasted today with for a tech who never showed up 1 @CCTS_CPRST complaint about to be reopened.

@WillKon @Shawhelp Yeah, it is beyond frustrating. They confirmed there was an active connection here before we moved in, so I cancelled my other service. Now I'm wishing I stayed with Telus. I can't run my business for a week now. Or I can burn ALL my mobile data in a day. No other options.

.@Shawhelp thinks that it's reasonable for me to need four visits from a tech to maybe fix their internet. suggestions for solutions include 'find somewhere to use public wifi' and 'we'll keep sending techs until you get tired of asking'

@TELUS I’ve had the worst customer service from your company in the last 8 weeks trying to set up my home internet and I’m not alone. 6 failed installation appointments and 4 hours on the phone, mostly on hold. I’m now sticking with @ShawInfo

Checking out @Shawhelp deals. online says 89/mth yr 1, 129/mth yr 2. my friends comp says 129/mth for 2 yr and the shaw agent is telling me 159/mth for 2 yr. Get your data straight Shaw this is terrible

Calgary corporate will disappear and be absorbed by Toronto and customer service will probably move to the east as well Rogers track record on merger is is abysmal

@SneakyCanadian @Shawhelp TELUS is no better. In fact less transparent on outages. When our business had TELUS we had nothing but issues with them reporting on outages. In this case we’ve been told it’s a fibre cut, at least Shaw is working on it, TELUS would still be discussing how to solve.
