Worse problems with the TV swapout, still unresolved. 1 hr trying everything, 1 hr waiting for tech support, 1 hour w it. New box needed

Jenn (@jskapin) reported@Shawhelp What can I do to speak with an actual representative? I was emailed to call or login to update my billing info. Matthew Johnson (@McJohnson922) reported@Shawhelp So yeah, you'll have to forgive me if I'm not particularly inclined to spend my Christmas Eve on the phone with tech support, with high chances of it being the same unhelpful support guy as last time.

D (@superdaddoo) reportedPSA: Filed a CCTS complaint against @Rogers & Shaw (@ShawInfo) today. But charging people for it.

Lindsay I.R Wiebe (@LindsayWiebeRD) reported@Shawhelp I’ve been trying for a while for a solution, but it looks like we will end up changing providers next month, as we have not found a solution and I’m not the only one who has this issue with the X series modems.

Les Stelmach 🇨🇦🇺🇦 (@LesIsMore1) reported@slackerman10 @Shawhelp Any company (telcos, banks, util, etc) whose phone line REGULARLY says “we are experiencing higher than normal call volumes” is just short-staffing. They are optimizing cost over service. What is the maximum tolerance for a customer, etc. it’s obviously worse for oligopoly

Lindsay I.R Wiebe (@LindsayWiebeRD) reported@Shawhelp It shouldn’t be a persistent problem to have wifi outages everyday. It’s becoming too much of a problem when I’m covering the cost of a service you provide for over $100 a month.

Ugabug (@MaryPChipman) reported@Shawhelp Now that there's no cable anymore, is the TV signal going to cut out whenever - like now? Our WiFi was fine.
