WTF @Shawhelp someone from there calls me with a decent deal for Internet/cable. I’m on the train so I ask them to call my wife instead. They never call. I try and contact you guys when I’m back from vacation and no one has a goddamn clue 🤬

Never angrier than on behalf of another: rel of ours (not on social media) jst said @ShawInfo hung up when put rep on hold for less than a min, 2 cross room 2 get a bill! How many hrs has Shaw made us wait on hold! Gawd 4bid it has to wait 60secs! Shaw used to have good service!
