@Shawhelp I was trying to convince my folks to upgrade from Internet 300 to Fibre+ Gig so they can get the $25 Shaw Mobile plan; however iMessage support said it would cost $54 more? The bill is $104 and Fibre+ Gig is $125 on the web site, where did the extra $ come from?

@Shawhelp Yes, we have no service, phone Internet & .TV. This happens too frequently, if l had a choice l would be using Telus.

Just connected my XB7 unit. I’m very aware of technology. Cant sign in to my Shaw Blue Curve. Blue light is on the unit. Please help @Shawhelp
