    @Shawhelp @FreedomMobile P.S. I used to be proud to be a Shaw customer in that when I spoke to an agent they were always a fellow CDN. The folks I spoke to today in Belize were earnestly trying to do their jobs but honestly they just don't understand my circumstances or needs the way a fellow CDN would!

    @Shawhelp hi there. Just wondering if you are currently upgrading your network, requiring customers to upgrade equipment? Just had a phone call with someone claiming to be from Shaw. It seemed sketchy so I hung up. Thanks.

    @Shawhelp Consider this a 'test' to see if Shaw still has the "CAN DO" and "CUSTOMER FOCUSED" values it espoused way back in the day when I worked there! I'm not reaching out again. I tried. You didn't listen. Now I'm on Twitter. If you guys want to reach out to me I'm happy to chat!

    @Shawhelp No audio on Beijing TV (552 on Arris box) for past few days in Nanaimo. Tech support advise known issue.....any idea when known issue will be resolved? Thank you for any info.....

    @Shawhelp shaw webmail gvs sender message undelivered to my wife svd i we hv iPhones w gmail accounts gmail has no issue just Shaw emails tech told me he can’t resolve problem any further today 2 hours later chat

    This company is an absolute joke @Shawhelp my internet went down this morning, not apart of the outage, and you can’t get a tech here for 2 days to take a look? Awesome customer service, not.

    Shaw is down again! Shaw went down at April 4, 2022 at 10:20PM in Langley. Im extremely unhappy with this service and home that it will be online soon, I pay to much for the WiFi to be down again! Please fix this problem as soon as possible. shawhelp

    @Shawhelp I can sign in to my Twitter account - how do you think I’m sending you a tweet? And the “contact us” phone number on the website routes me to Belize - which is what I don’t want. Forget it - this Shaw Help is not helping.
