@Gojetsgo8 @ShawInfo Makes sense. Levels can change in a neighborhood as more subscribers are connected, which could drop the signal. Possible both Techs were right at the time they did their signal checks.

Got to love when you take time out of your schedule and @Shawhelp technician does not show up. Why am I paying for broken internet?
