@Shawhelp When are you going to provide any information on the outage in Coquitlam? 45 minutes ago I was told Shaw was aware and to follow the outage page for updates - not only no updates, it doesn't even show up in your outages. Our entire neighborhood is out.

@Shawhelp issues with live tv keeps freezing. This is occurring on multiple channels. Also, our internet keeps freezing. Are there issues in the Calgary Silverado area. This has been an ongoing issues for weeks. We’ve even had a tech come out. Pls advise!
