Me: I live in Vancouver, so you know let me put the phone down and check... [semi-audible laugh-crying]

    Hey,@Shawhelp,Chromecast issue =nightmare. As suggested contacted Chromecast via chat,then support guy phoned, spent ~1 hr. Now have Shaw issue. He had me disconnect power on Chromecast, +on Shaw modem with wifi. Now cannot get wifi on iPad as modem ID not a choice. I'll DM.

    @Zach_Fleisher @Shawhelp @TekSavvyBuzz TPIA is third-party internet access. The CRTC mandates that physical infrastructure operators like Bell and Shaw must allow third parties to use those cables to your house. The third party can sell you internet service over those cables.
