    Go try call @TELUSsupport for help, good luck. They screwed up my bill, I tried to call, auto callback assurance in an hour, waited and sure it rang, tried to talk, was put on hold for 10 min. then got disconnected. Grt svc #telus to a lifetime cust, time to switch @Shawhelp.

    So, @CraveCanada/@CraveHelp's website is broken, again, as it is every few months. I wonder if this is a recurrence of all the previous times they've managed to just break @Shawhelp's customers' access or if they've branched out to other ISPs as well.

    @Shawhelp I recently received a new modem and cancelled my cable service. How long do I have to return the old hardware? I wasn't given a timeline when I called in and had my services switched around.
