    @Shawhelp ok asked to be downgraded back to my old 300 plan and return the BlueCurve device.Soon as I plugged my old device back in everything started working again.Been a Shaw customer for a years but I won't forget this experience Support is atrocious; product is appalling.

    @chubberly16 @ShawInfo Really hoping the CRTC puts the kibosh on this one. For Cable TV & Internet I could understand, but for telecommunications, this is really bad. Also, Radio/TV stations as there's a limit to how many they can have in a single market.

    @ShawInfo @Shawhelp are scammers. They aren’t refunding a deposit for opening a line with the 3 months after 3 on time auto deposit payments were made. I’ve been chatting with “support” for over 30 minutes

    To all @ShawInfo Customers Your life is about to get rather ******. Rogers have the WORST customer Service and Retention in Canada. They have the worst record for Giving Clients what they want and need. Time to get loud. Corporate Greed+Breach of Antitrust Laws is EVIL.

    @Shawhelp Now I'm struggling to try and make the device that Shaw made me swap out work. I still have time to change my mind and cancel the new contract ...I might just do that if this is the quality of support.
