Say It Ain't So (@heysayitaintso) reported@Shawhelp It says “New Customers Only”. If it is available for existing customers there is NOTHING on the website that says that. Customer service and transparency is paramount. If we are supposed to be able to change our own plans then ALL options should be made available online.

You should offer these compensations as good business practice to make up for the LACK of service. This is not a 1 off situation this happens EVERY month
