@ShawInfo my elderly neighbour spent an hour or more on the phone for his issue and asked for a technician to come out. Would pay for one to come out. Was told ask your grandkid to come help. #Crappy #lackofservice #notanoption

@Shawhelp It's been ongoing for over a month. Everytime I call, I get the same advice "turn your router off and on", but this is a neighborhood problem and everyone is being told the same thing. It's an infrastructure problem, not a customer equipment problem
