@Shawhelp if ur forcing customers to use ur app than fix it! It's slow & buggy on best days which is moot because if u loses ur phone or its smashed ur screwed... @Bell_MTS is cheaper & FASTER for same $ why am I paying $130/month & why shouldn't I switch when I've no contract?

@Shawhelp yeah okay its been a almost two days... Been patient enough. My neighbors have Telus and someone else has Bell they still have internet. Im cancelling and anyone else who’s affected I suggest you do the same. Worst customer service can’t even speak to an operator on the phone

@Shawhelp I understand, what does @bchydro have to do with internet being down in Coquitlam? My power came back on early Saturday morning. It has been 2 days snd still no internet. What is going on???
