    Today's #rogersoutage is yet another reason the government needs to divest @FreedomMobile from any sale of @ShawInfo. While all @Rogers brands including #chatr #fido are down, freedom customers have service because it's a separate network still.

    @Mark_Goldberg @ShawInfo Good for people in AB & B.C. that can and want to bundle. But not focused on the underserved or accessibility. Have to have a fixed service, qualify. And accept zoned plan limitations. If you followed the Wireless Industry Review closely @TD_Canada these were some of key points.

    @CM02051985 @smFISHMAN @ShawInfo Enter your info, it might redirect you to the Network. I get a Rogers pop up to enter my info, that might just be how it works for Shaw.

    @Shawhelp There is a special event on the WWE network at 9am on this Thursday. I can't find it to PVR it and I'll be at work. Any assurance that WWE Crown Jewel 2021 will be on WWE Network in Canada at advertised time? It isn't showing in listings as of last night.

    @Shawhelp My service came back so I’m all good now. And when I was able to see my router on my app I just reset it to be safe

    @Shawhelp Three days. No nothing. No tv, no internet and best I was told was to “wait until Monday”. Ridiculous. Wireless bluecurve is crap #shaw @CRTCeng This is why the merger shouldn’t happen

    @ShawInfo @Shawhelp So again a problem with Shaw. Haven’t been able to login to My Shaw for weeks now. Just spent another hour with two different techs and still no resolution. And then was disconnected from the last tech while still trying to troubleshoot. Frustrating!!!!

    @Shawhelp Hi! There was a outage in Langford (BC) all day and has been marked as solved tonight, but me and other users are still unable to connect! any idea when the issue will be solved?

    @Shawhelp Unable to connect to internet. I moved into a new place a week ago, I been using my roommate's wifi with no problem until yesterday afternoon. Both cell and laptop can connect to wifi, but it's not connected to internet, but my roommate can use wifi no problem.

    @Shawhelp 4 years as a shaw customer and I upgrade to Fibre+ only to find out port forwarding is basically not possible anymore. Tech support said they won't help. Very unimpressed.

    Just got a robocall from @Shawhelp. I didn't mind, I had sent a bank payment that hasn't processed yet and a rep warned I might get a call like this. Apparently they'll disconnect you and KEEP CHARGING you for a service you cannot use? #cutthroatcapitalism

    @Shawhelp My family has been dealing with issues from you for over 2 months, we have had 5-10 service members out to bandaid the problem. Obviously we still have issues as the problem is not being addressed. Replacing a router won’t fix a faulty underground line in our area…
