    Today's #rogersoutage is yet another reason the government needs to divest @FreedomMobile from any sale of @ShawInfo. While all @Rogers brands including #chatr #fido are down, freedom customers have service because it's a separate network still.

    @Mark_Goldberg @ShawInfo Good for people in AB & B.C. that can and want to bundle. But not focused on the underserved or accessibility. Have to have a fixed service, qualify. And accept zoned plan limitations. If you followed the Wireless Industry Review closely @TD_Canada these were some of key points.

    @Shawhelp Internet is out in the area east of st albert and in the Crossing at Ribers edge area. What is ETA of fix. After the Roger's mess am a little touchy about outages.

    @ShawInfo hey how many service calls does it take to replace the underground cable? We’re at 4+ calls, 2 cables on the ground across the alley and TWO paying customers absolutely not happy.

    @Shawhelp It was far too late for help at that point. I was watching a recording of an event that happened many hours earlier. We have had many issues with our wireless Curve boxes and PVR recordings not working. The old Gateway boxes were much more reliable.

    @Shawhelp need help resetting Shaw mail password. I need to input security code but I’m on a cruise and can only have one device on wifi

    Wow. Just wow. I hope @RogersHelps is able to fix the dumpster fire that is @Shawhelp. I have never experienced such incompetence at all customer facing levels as I did today.

    @Shawhelp Extremely disappointing. No Internet for 3 days because of outage. Customer service cooly tells to cancel service if that's what we want. Without any Internet customers are still asked to pay $300 for cancellation when they decide to choose a better service like Telus.

    @LindaYrg @Shawhelp I just called and it is on the voice message with no know eta on a resolution. But yeah also didn’t see any notice of the issue on the website.
