Cant access the outage map since it's stuck on British Columbia for some reason and your apps won't log in. Not that they ever work anyway

Worse problems with the TV swapout, still unresolved. 1 hr trying everything, 1 hr waiting for tech support, 1 hour w it. New box needed

It's terrible because I am already using an E-sim so I changed all my 2 factor authentication to email...and well now my email is up in the air. Also it's only incoming that's blocked.

Alex Deggs (@Alex_Deggs) reported@Shawhelp I can no longer access the Xfinity app to view my security cameras ever since this single sign on update. I have tried different devices and itβs the same. It keeps taking me back to the sign in page after entering my credentials. Please help asap

Heldy (@HeldyCarvalho) reported@Shawhelp @Rogers @RogersHelps I have been with Shaw 10+ years. They used to use automatic card updating services that update expiry dates automatically. Rogers does not use that. Does not notify users. Just charges them $70. At least tell users that service is removed.
