Could you perhaps expand on that a little? Why? What happened? How did such a large area lose service? And some kind of an ETA?

Gordon Swaters 🇺🇦 (@WestKelownian) reported@Shawhelp The option to "hide" unsubscribed channels on the guide on the Gateway HDPVR is malfunctioning. Tech support has updated, reset, and rebooted remotely (I've done a hard reboot too) many times but the problem persists. Worked fine until recently. Settings are correct!

Aj (@RealCanadabear) reported@Shawhelp Fix it? You fix it by having appropriate communication with your customers. Or simply ask to relay the tracking number when you send out the shipping label. Better yet check and see if you received the items before you go to collections.

Even after they receive the items before the 10-day limit they will have a collection agency send you a letter saying you owe them money. Why? because you didn't contact them with the Tracking number! #wtf
