My husband/her son died two weeks ago today and she is elderly and disabled but they are 100% unwilling to help. I have BEGGED for a supervisor call back 8 times

For several days, getting a High Latency Problem that Support says "we are working on". 3 remote offices, connected by VPN, are not functioning because the HLP means constant disconnects. 1/2

Matt (@ProbablyCrazier) reportedGross. Try to cancel my @Shawhelp account and they force business accounts to phone in, and only avail themselves 9-5. Such wonderful customer service.
